Property Ratings at Arezzo
So, I have lived in a lot of different apartment complexes, but this is the WORST BY FAR. The only good thing I can say about this complex is that the employees who work the front office are beneficial and welcoming. If that is all you want from a place, then, by all means, live here. Otherwise, below are the issues that my roommate and I ran into. 1. Parking. Every apartment is allotted one space (standard), and the rest is first come first serve. The bad part is the extremely limited number of free spaces. My roommate (2 cars) and I have spent at least 15 nights this past year driving around the complex for at least 30 minutes to wait for people to leave so that we can park. There is only two of us; it should not be that hard. If you do not get home before 6 pm, GOOD LUCK FINDING A SPOT. - Requiring a parking permit or not allowing commercial vehicles or only a certain amount of cars per apartment could help. 2. IF YOU WORK EAST, DO NOT LIVE HERE Traffic: Driving east in the morning and west in the evening is the worst traffic in the Phoenix area, especially when you use the I-10 which is frequently under construction. In the mornings the 15-minute drive can take anywhere from 40-70 minutes... 3. If you are looking to stay longterm, choose a different place. Major Rent Increase when resigning: To resign, they wanted to increase our rent by 325 dollars a month... 4. I know this is a small thing, but it gets annoying after the first month. Terrible Speed Bumps: I understand you need speedbumps to ensure that people are driving at a safe speed, but they are just ridiculously high and wide. So unless you own an SUV or a Truck, be warned, they are THE WORST 5. The walls are super thin, so you can always hear your neighbors. Also, they do the lawn from 6ish am-3ish pm every Wednesday which is impossible to tune out.

I have been here almost a month. I had never been to Arizona when I moved out here. I rented my apartment on the information I got from Apartment Guide and that alone. So far I am very happy with the apartment. It is very large and the one time I needed maintenance they were here within an hour and had what I needed done. The girls in the office are very nice. I was very nervice about the apartment since I had never seen it or the area until I arrived with my uhaul and signed my lease. The apartment guide was very accurate in the information they gave about the apartment I rented. Thank you very much
