good location, helpful staff. but unfortunately not all neighbors follow the rules of living in this community. and from the cemetery side the roads turn into a parking lot for buses and trucks that arrive late at night and wake up the residents

Everyone is so welcoming and it is A very clean place to live. Its location feels so nice that is tucked away but still so close to everything you would possibly need.

We do try to ensure a warm and hospitable vibe in our community. How nice to hear how much you enjoy our well-maintained environment and convenient location as well!
Good complex. School nearby. The staff quickly responds if something breaks in the apartment. But there is a non-working pool on the territory, they clean the inside of the houses and stairwells very poorly.

Overall I like living here. There are some inconveniences like the power going out 1-2x a month and people putting trash into my valet trash but outside of that it is a good experience.

I love living here, as an older adult I feel safe, my dog is happy. My neighbors are friendly and look out for me. My only complaint is that some dog owners refuse to pick up their dog's crap, it can be found on the sidewalk or right at the edge where we walk, it's disgusting!

Large bedrooms. Convenient layout. Large parking. There is a car wash and a vacuum cleaner. Terrible audibility, I always know what my neighbors are doing. Cleaning after previous occupants is not done well.

Parking can be a pain. My upstairs neighbors are excessively loud and rude. The smell of pot is gross but management is great! Ginger does a really great job of managing the property though.

So far, everything has been great . The neighbors are all kind when we cross paths, the area is very family friendly, which we love and it’s quiet, which we also love. It’s super spacious, plenty of areas to go walking. In general, the whole community has been welcoming. Neighbors are sort of quiet, but I don’t mind that at all as long as there is no negative vibes or interactions. Management has been super helpful as well. We are happy in this community and hope to continue this way the time we are here.

This place has been a wonderful first place to move into after college, the community is very quiet save for a few dogs here and there, easy traffic in the area with close proximity to charlotte and other wonderful smaller towns.

When I think about my experience as a resident the first thing that comes to mind is how glad I am to have chosen Ardmore at the Trail. The staff is wonderful! The minor things that I have had to speak with them about have been taken care of almost immediately. This goes to show that they are caring and ready to do whatever is necessary to make sure that the residents are safe in their apartments, and happy with the complex. I can't say enough good things about every staff member I have encountered throughout my almost two years living here. Thank you for always going above and beyond for the tenants.

Overall, I have had a great experience living here. There were a few bumps moving in...a few broken items in the apartment and the management neglected to do a few things on their end to set me up for internet, my mailbox, and key fob needed to access the amenities. They did get it all resolved within a few days though.

The apartment complex has very comfortable apartments. My family lives in a two-room apartment. I really like that the apartment is spacious, there is a place for everything, storage areas are very well organized. I recommend!

The staff is friendly and the apartment is amazing but sometimes the neighbors are noisy or don’t follow community guidelines. Area is close to main road with stores and restaurants.

My fiancé and I recently moved in with our newborn son and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the living experience as well as the experience signing on for the apartment. The location and the atmosphere are just perfect for a family. Definitely the quietest complex I’ve ever been. We just couldn’t be more grateful to be here

Very good community. Children's playground, playground for walking animals, excellent conditions, loyalty to the administration, pleasant and clean housing, always help to residents with any questions.

Everything is good! Like this place. Very quiet. The places like Super Walmart, Marshall, Food Lion, Costko, Lidl, Aldi, Harris teeter are close to apartments

We have just move to this location. During the search and decision making process the staff was wonderful. Once we made our decision the staff was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The application process was very easy to complete. We are looking forward to our stay.
