Property Ratings at Arco Pilare
Here is what greeted me when I first moved into my brand new apartment: scratched cabinets, sink, floors, no window screens and someone's HAIR clogging my new sink. Here's what continues to be extremely problematic, especially when you've explained the importance for medical reasons: The WATER TEMPERATURE is sub-par! It actually hurts to shower, while my dishes remain greasy. Management is not receptive! The double-pain windows that they boast does not prevent nights from sounding like a windstorm in West Texas. Be ready for traffic jams going from the complex. The walls and ceilings are paper-thin. Looks can be deceiving, so beware!
