The management team of Michelle and Morgan is easy to work with and they are welcoming and professional. My mother and I moved to Atlanta about a week ago and although the noise level (we face the freeway) will take some getting used to, we like the building and are enjoying discovering our new area. The apartment itself is well kept, but the appliances in our unit are old and very basic. They are adequate if not luxurious. We requested safety bars in the master bathroom and it was done the same day we moved in. We are hopeful that we will continue to like our new apartment.

Things are improving, though not ideal, as the staff is still not fully staffed. However, when issues arise, they do make an effort to address them promptly. I have yet to receive compensation for the damages maintenance caused to my property, but hopefully, that will be resolved soon.

While this building has so much potential to be incredible, the upkeep falls far below expectations. Maintenance requests often go unresolved, and issues like the trash compactor create an unbearable odor that seeps into hallways and apartments. The smell is overwhelming and seems to linger despite efforts to address it. To make matters worse, sewage problems have been affecting multiple floors, including mine, leaving residents in a situation that feels increasingly uninhabitable. Paying premium rent to endure conditions that impact health and comfort is disheartening. Until these critical issues are addressed, living here is a real challenge.

My overall experience has been positive. The staff has been excellent. However, I would suggest improving the turnover process for apartments. My unit wasn't properly painted or cleaned, with grease on cabinets and door seals. This meant I had to do a deep clean myself, which was unacceptable considering the amount charged.

Love living here ! The staff is incredible and amenities are awesome. We live so close to many restaurants , a nail salon and Roswell rd is less than 5 mins away with a lot of shopping centers. We are also very close to major hwys !

I've been a resident at Arches at Glenridge for 3 years and recently encountered a severe mold problem within two months of moving to a new unit that was caused by incorrect repairs by maintenance. The management's response has been nothing short of negligent and unprofessional…far from a “luxury” experience!! After discovering mold, the maintenance team's attempts to rectify the issue were inadequate, with clear signs of a cover-up. Initially there was an attempt to paint over the mold, and I was advised that it wasn’t mold at all. It started to grow back the next day, and I had to follow up because no one contacted me at all. Then the head maintenance man came and cleaned the area and advised it was mold free and a contractor was coming to put in the sheet rock. I still felt unwell, so I scheduled for an inspector to come, and it turned out it was still completely infested with visible mold, and they were just eager to cover their tracks!! Despite my loyalty as a resident, I've had to personally cover the cost of a mold inspection, deal with ruined belongings, have my personal space invaded, abruptly find an apartment, cover moving expenses and endure the consequences of residing in a mold-infested environment. The $500 concession offered by management was accompanied by misleading information about insurance covering the rest, which turned out to be false. They aren’t even knowledgeable about their recommended policy. The management's lack of urgency and transparency, along with deceptive actions, have been disheartening. Multiple instances of staff providing false information and mishandling repairs highlight a disturbing pattern of negligence. The maintenance man admitted he did not know any detailed info about mold and that I was not the first resident w/ a mold problem. I also spoke with the other resident who had a mold issue, and they dropped the ball on that as well. In summary, Arches at Glenridge has shown a blatant disregard for residents' well-being and a failure to address serious issues promptly. I strongly advise prospective tenants to reconsider their options and prioritize their health and safety elsewhere.

Good location to the highway, good gym set up and package locker. Maintenance is quick with requests. Walls are thin, can easily hear neighbors next door and apartment above you walking.

Great smooth movie in. Love living here so far. It’s quiet and spacious. Love having restaurants I can walk to down below me and the access to the highway is super convenient.

I just recently moved to Arches at Glenridge and my experience so far has been great. My move in was swift and any maintenance concerns I had were addressed quickly. So far I have zero complaints.

Other than not having the pool heated... I LOVE it here! The people in the office are amazing and so is the maintenance staff! They are friendly and you can tell they like working here too. I've met people who have been here for years. Some even left and came back. Love it.

Arches has been a great place to live for many years. Management has changed a few times but we’ve never really had any issues with them. They’re typically very responsive. Some of the complex is a little dated but they’ve been making progress towards modernizing things such as the lobby/clubhouse, gym, dog park, etc.

Poor response time with concerns, issues with gym being closed for extended periods of time with no alternatives given. Emails sent with concerns with no response given. Have had good experience in the past, but past few months have lead to an undesirable experience.

My experience at the Arches has been amazing. Great response time from management team, clean environment, a safe and secure community and the maintenance team is super nice and competent.

This will be my 3rd year at Arches and I still love it! Maintenance is always fast to respond, Admin is always helpful with request, and the location can’t be beat!

Wish my neighbors above me weren't so heavy footed, but other than that I love it here. The staff and management are always on top of their game. The grounds stay clean. My apartment size is great.

The office leasing makes the place enjoyable. It’s quiet during my stay so far. You must visit to witness yourself. They always have fun things to do around the holidays.

This community is extremely clean, quite and affordable. The units are generously spacious and have very modern renovations for the price. I would recommend this community to all family and friends.

Question if staff is interested in being at property. Do not see them walking property as I feel they should. If they don't look around how do they know what it looks like. There are areas that need attention.
Great location, amenities are good and gym is nicer than most buildings. Pool is nice but sunlight is limited. Staff is great and helpful! Apartments could have better storage/extra storage rental is very expensive.
I initially moved here because my friend lives here the place was always clean (saw cleaning crew cleaning hallways all the time) now the elevators always have spills, paper in stairwells and sometimes the hallway. I find myself consistently picking up trash around here.
Lots of disturbances. The walls are very thin so you hear everything that happens outside of the apartment. People walking and moving about the hallways. Also the upstairs tenants are very noisy and walk really hard which can be really aggravating.

The property is absolutely stunning and managed by a sincere professional team. From the first point of contact for the application process with the Meli to a flawless move-in with Jennifer to now living in a quiet luxury community with immediate access to everything including 400, 85 and 285. The property is well maintained by a fantastic professional Support Team. The "play where you live" concept with various restaurants connected to our building was the icing on the cake or shall I say the chocolate on the donut (Da Vinci's) or the pepperoni on the pizza (Blue Moon Pizza). Not only is my apartment gorgeous but I am fortunate enough to watch the sun set every evening as I wind down from my business day. Best decision that I have made in a long time.
Everyone from leasing to maintenance has been extremely responsive and helpful. We have throughly enjoyed our time at Windsor thus far and would highly recommend to anyone looking to move to this area.

We have been a residence of Windsor at Glenridge for 6 years. We love the location. The building is well kept and clean inside as well as the landscape outside. The staff is very professional and courteous. Maintenance requests are taken very seriously and promptly.
I have been here over 6 yrs and they always great job.
So far so good. I moved when everything was closed due to covid so that made it complicated, but management still makes a effort to communicate. Windsor have a lot of added on fees that other apartments don't so I will take that into consideration when renewing. Overall I like Windsor and this is my second Windsor community.
I have lived here at Windsor for 8 years and it only gets better. The management and staff are very efficient, responsive to find an answer or resolve issues.
Staff is always courteous and professional.
