Arcadia at Rivers Edge

Amazing staff I love living here. The staff is amazing as well as maintenance. Everything is kept clean and everyone is friendly. I was sick and had hospital at home and Lejuan the new man that was hired for the office went out of his way to help the nurses and doctors as well as myself to make things easier. I have recommended rivers edge to everyone I know if they are looking for a great place to live.

Excellent experience so far We moved in 8/1 and have had a great experience thus far. The building is kept beautifully and the outdoor space as well. Maintenance requests completed within 24-48 hours. Friendly staff and neighbors!

Nice apartment in general at Medford The apartment complex and nearby river walk are well-maintained. The staffs at the leasing office are really nice and super responsive. They attend to your requests and needs really fast. The maintenance is also doing great job fixing issues. Generally I recommend this place.

Great place, even better location. A great mix of young professionals and middle aged families. Wellington station (orange line) is just steps away. The grounds are well maintained and the property has a beautiful walking path that runs parallel to the river.

This place used to be a very good apartment. The management and maintenance of the apartment were excellent. However, halfway through my lease term, they changed the management company. But ever since this apartment complex came under the management of Arcadia, everything has changed. The Arcadia management team has made me feel uncomfortable; they are not very accommodating. They are strict about various things, like sending stern emails if you borrow the cart for an extended period. This new management company gives me the impression that they are not here to serve the tenants but to manage them, and they do so in a very top-down and unfriendly manner.

We love living here. We appreciate how quiet and clean it is! We live on the first floor and feel so safe. Also love how it’s dog friendly :)

It was amazing. We have requested maintenance 3 times. And every time we had a good experience. The walls are soundproofed and less noisy. We lived on the 4th floor which has high ceilings and no noise from upstairs. The park is really pleasant and we could walk in the beautiful nature just beside the river. There was free garage parking for us not sure if it's the same anymore. There are trash shoots on every floor that makes it easy to throw it. Overall a great experience.

It’s a great neighborhood, with great amenities and great neighborhoods. There is nature around and it’s close to the city, which is an amazing perk.

Too much hype of the apt and the value for the price is a disappointment. Management does not QA work done in the apartments or common areas.

We moved here in July of 2022 and could not be happier with the choice. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and offers a balcony where we have seating. The pool and gym are great amenities. We also enjoy the walking/runnings paths along the Mystic River. A great experience and we really enjoy living at Rivers Edge.

I loved living here and loved dealing with the staff here and helping us with everything and very cheer and nice as well. They are good at maintenance and maintaining high quality, as well as the cleanliness of facilities and the club.

Great location! Close to assembly, short walk to the train, and also right by a nice walking trail. Really appreciate how clean the common spaces are all the times. I love how you offer a communal office space. It’s a great place for me to study (I am there almost every day ??)

Everything is great. And I cannot waiting to use the pool and grill this summer. Environment is good, people are friendly. The only thing is we probably need a little update since the building is a little old.

Love the location, the staff, amenities, green space, and convenient access to the city. Nothing compares to this vibrant community. It's the perfect place for us to call home.

Has been great living at Rivers Edge Apartments. Very convenient access to wellington station as well as a great park nearby. The Porch, Southern food restaurant, is also just across the street!

The entire staff at Rivers Edge is friendly courteous and respectful to all who are living here. We are treated like family and are ready to help when we need them.

It’s a great community, very diverse surrounded by nature and great pets. There is everything you need in the area and easy access to the t.

I really like living at River's Edge. Some of the things in our apartment are showing signs of wear and tear just due to the fact that its all original pieces. The location is beautiful, and quiet along the river but with very easy access to everything I need. For routine things, maintenance is occasionally a little slow to respond, but have never had an issue when I required emergency maintenance.

We only signed our lease a week or so ago, but already I feel so valued as a resident and part of an outstanding community! I am so looking forward to our future living here!

Currently living here but I’m already waiting for my lease to be up. Area is nice but the building is made with toothpicks and string. You hear everything and everything from your upstairs neighbor so make sure you live on the 4th floor or your waking up when your upstairs neighbor wakes up. If the noise wasn’t so bad I would l or this place but the noise outweighs every other good thing.

Been here almost 3 years - apt is great, maintenance team is top notch very friendly and responsive. Building is quiet, which is awesome. Close to transit and a phenomenal restaurant next door.

So far, I have loved every aspect of living in this building, from the friendly office staff to the very pleasant interactions I have with the woman who cleans the building.

The property looks amazing. But once you start living here you notice a lot of things. Your neighbors here are awful. They do not care about you at all. We have had multiple complaints about the people next to us. The building management is the worst. They do not help resolve any issues. We've had issues for over a year with next door neighbors and all the building does is email the neighbors. And it changes nothing. The maintenance crew here are even worse. They are extremely rude to everyone and we have had an incident where they just unlocked our front door and came into our place without notice. I currently live here, hopefully not much longer, and I would not recommend it to a y of my friends/family.

there is a really good customer service element from the office team. They are very helpful. The building is also very well maintained for its age

If you were able to work in an office and commute daily into Boston, this is a great location!

The apartments are quite nice and spacious. The location feels as though it is a but more rural except for the excellent access to downtown/highways/public transportation.

Easy commute to Boston if you use the T - not anymore because of COVID 19. Some nice surroundings: park, market, Assembly Square

I would recommend this apartment because it's a safe and quiet place to live. Ryan at the leasing office has been very nice to us since the beginning,he always reply right away to any email we send him. Rivers Edge apartment have everything you could ever need and it's convenient to the train station. I love living here!

It seemed like very good value compared to other apartments I looked at.

We always had a good experience living there. Apartments are nice (but outdated) and amenities are solid (but not as good as surrounding buildings). They also are very good with pets, etc. However, as newer and superior apartment buildings have popped up in the same area, River's Edge has decided to make up for its loss of business and increased competition by raising monthly rent by astronomical levels for current, loyal residents. I have lived there for 4 years and am now being hit with a 10% rent increase due to "being in a lowest percentile for my apartment style". This translates too - your rent is much cheaper than the new buildings around and we need to capitalize on it, so we are penalizing you with a rent increase 8-9% higher than has been given to you in the previous 4 years. They likely would just prefer that we move out so they can charge someone new even more. A place I very much enjoyed calling home for 4 years is now trying to price out those residents who have been so loyal to them. A very sad day indeed.

I would recommend this community because of the moderate income program that it offers and the price is very good according to the amenities.

I was always very pleased with maintenance. They were always very professional, came in a timely manner, were courteous and helpful.

I only needed a llight replaced but my requests are always handled in a timely manner an
