Arc Central

I have lived at the Arc Central Apartments for over 5 ½ years. It has been a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are great: modern, quiet, secure, comfortable, some with unique features like walk-in closets. There is a pet washing facility, bike room, package room, top floor lounge and game room, and a fantastic fitness gym. The gym is not your usual small apartment gym; it is large, with a full complement of machines, free weights, etc. The location of the Arc Central cannot be beat. It is in central Beaverton, at “The Round”, so fine dining is just steps away. The MAX (light rail train) is a 5 minute walk, so you can be at Washington Park and the Zoo in 12 minutes, or downtown Portland in 20 minutes. Within a 10-minute walk are many restaurants, BG Food Cartel (over 20 food carts), and all the shops at Cedar Hills Shopping Center. If cultural events are of interest, the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts is just down the street, where you can enjoy symphonies, comedy shows, performances by grammy award winning performers, children’s programs, etc. What makes the Arc Central a very special place to call home are the people who work here. The maintenance team is exceptional. Work orders are acted upon quickly, all the common areas of the building are consistently clean and well looked after. They are absolutely the best, and always with a friendly and caring smile. The management team is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for all residents. To build community, the management team has weekly social events and other special events throughout the year. There is a genuine sense of caring, mutual respect, and togetherness. This is why I love living at Arc Central.

I’ve had an excellent experience with the management team at Arc. Cory, Adilio, and Josh are always prompt, professional, and friendly. Cory handled my most recent work order, and he made sure everything was perfectly. The team does an amazing job with the property’s upkeep, and I’ve noticed how much effort they put into maintaining the landscaping, making the place look great. Overall, I’m really happy with how the management team is always ready to help and ensures the property is in top shape.

We're both retirees who recently decided to downsize, sell our home and rent. Choosing Arc Central made the transition a lot easier than we expected. It's a top quality building in a great location with easy access to transit (steps to Max light rail!) and shopping. The staff is amazing- soon after we moved in, we had a problem with our AC and Josh, the head of Facilities was up to fix it in 10 minutes! Both Samantha and BaiLie went out of their way to help us - we moved from over 1000 miles away in another state and they handled communication and remote paperwork with friendly and professional ease. We really appreciate the higher end finishes, heavy duty security and amenities. The units have a lot of storage, counter space and massive walk-in closets. Having reliable air conditioning during the summer heat waves was definitely a big plus too. Many units have a good sized balcony that's large enough for two people to be be able to sit outside. We've also been pleasantly surprised at how quiet the building is, probably due to the concrete construction. We rarely hear noise from neighbors. The package lockers make Amazon deliveries a breeze (once we figured out how use them!) and having a Hyatt hotel literally across the street is great for housing out of town friends and relatives. This place feels much more like a condo building than what we imagined a rental property would be like. Highly recommended.

The community is so well maintained. Management is a dream and the walkability factor is *chef's kiss*. Value meets luxury living.

I have lived there for three months but the experience overall was great! The hallway was always clean. The interior and the appliances are modern, and the staff is in the office down in the lobby seven days a week and always available for a quick question. Corey was our maintenance person and always showed up for us when we needed him.

I've lived at ArcCentral since January 2020 and have experienced several management and staff changes. This current staff is the best I've experienced in four years! They're always approachable and have really created a community through shared events. One thing that was lacking in the beginning was maintenance. However, Cory brings expertise and pride to all he does! Even if something isn't an emergency, he's quick to respond, thorough in his work, and always friendly. Big thumbs up to the property management and staff. Y'all are a big part of the reason I stay here!

I toured Arc Central twice before deciding to rent there. I was trying to decide between a few different room options. Joseph and Richard were both extremely kind and patient while helping me choose the best option. After being in my apartment for a few weeks now, I can definitely say that it was the right choice to rent here. The staff is very friendly and it is a nice and secure building in a very walkable area.

I have been a three year tenant here at Arc Central. Our current management and staff have truly made our complex living into a community. Our maintenance staff, specifically Cory and Brigid, have gone above and beyond to make sure our property is safe and clean. When we need something, no matter the hour, the Arc team is there for us. Joey in the leasing office along with our property management have helped to improve building security as well and are always willing to hear our concerns and problem solve. No bad things to say about this management or this team. I love living at Arc!

I am going on year four living at Arc Central, I absolutely love it here. The building's upkeep and cleanliness is impeccable, with the exterior and interior always looking their best. The dedicated staff, including maintenance, are some of the hardest working and friendliest people I have ever met. I enjoy using the fitness center and it is always in great condition, plus the building itself is remarkably quiet. If you're looking to move to the bustling heart of Beaverton, I highly recommend checking out this spot!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Arc Central. Management does an excellent job of making me feel like a valued tenant. The buildings are well kept and I have peace of mind knowing they are clean and safe.

This has been a safe and stable place to live. But compared to the area and the amenities it cost too much to live here especially if you want parking. Other apartments in n the area offer more for around the same price or less.

If you want to live in an amenity rich apartment community in central beaverton this is a great place to look at. Pricing is competitive for the location and the property is very beautiful, modern and well maintained. I enjoy the gym and use it several times a week. Property is quiet at night and my neighbors are friendly. Leasing office staff are friendly and always super helpful if you have any concerns.

I love my new Apartment. Great location, but quiet due to Triple pane windows, I can't hear any sound from outside. Excellent appliances. Leasing Office Personnel are always very helpful.

I moved into this building when it was new. It met all my criterialocation, amenities, price, safety. I am still here and into my second apartment here and plan to stay.

Too expensive and maintenance is only good at the easy stuff.

Potential renters, please be warned. I recommend reading this and other reviews before you consider renting at the Arc Central. It has been an extremely stressful and at time dangerous environment to me and my dog. Rudeness in dealing with the staff, horrid phone app (no physical key, card or fob... no phone, no entry... you can't call maintenance to get help in when the main office is closed or on holiday, unless another resident helps you in and lends you their phone to call ), safety concerns outside the building, past theft (car break ins / people pretending to live here being locked out requesting entry into the building), noise issues / cannabis odors, dog waste (outdoors and on multiple occasions in the elevators), and dog owners letting their aggressive dog roam without a leash.

Arc central is in a great location and reasonably priced. Very quiet apartments and very clean.

The new management company made Arc Central a fantastic place to live! All of the workers here are kind and efficient in their work. They actually remember you and make you feel like part of a family. Its a wonderful place to live!

Arc Central has been a peaceful, bright space during a time of major life transition. New management has opened the amenities back up, and it's nice enjoy the communal spaces and a clean, well-maintained fitness center. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This apartment is a quiet and comfortable environment where the private space is protected and is not easily affected by the surrounding noise.

From the beginning, the staff and community have been more than welcoming to me as a recent new resident. The care and effort from the staff to ensure everything was on point is next to none. The homes and building are pristine, providing a beautiful living space. Its a great place to call home.

bad customer service , no parking. no decrease in rent during a pandemic especially because we couldn't use amenities and paying for them

The Rise Central has a great location in central Beaverton. It has easy access to the MAX and many restaurants and grocery stores. However, the West Building is up kept less than the East building.

This building is nice and the management team is great.

Not willing to do so at this time. I could not honestly give a good review given the fan noise, but would be happy to do so if this was resolved. The fans are the only thing I do not like, but it is a pretty significant annoyance and something I would feel obligated to tell anyone looking at a unit here. The fans are not operational when touring, so I did not find out about them until I moved in.

We have one of the corner units, and we love how light and bright it is. The appliances and finishes are all new and modern. We're near all our favorite Beaverton pubs, restaurants, and shopping. We've only been here a couple weeks, but it already feels like home!

The rise is an amazing place to live. Would highly recommend it. The location is excellent!

The Rise Central is a fantastic place to live. As its name suggests, it's in a very centralized location, with easy access to food, entertainment, public transportation, and more. The apartments themselves are modern and well-kept and feel welcoming at the end of a long day. The staff are super friendly and helpful and take the time to know you on a first-name basis. Finally, the entire package is pretty affordable for what you get. If I weren't more of an outdoors person, I would be happy just chilling in my apartment, working out in the on-site gym, or playing a game of pool in the lounge. Highly recommended.

After moving back to the west coast, choosing to live in the Rise Central was easily the best decision I could have made. I have only been here a short time, but I already feel at home. This building, its staff, and the area around it have so much to offer.

The office staff is excellent! Ana was very polite and knowledgable of what we were looking for when we where hunting for apartments to live. The rest of the staff remembers your name and are willing to help you in anything you need.

The Rise Central is a different experience of living. To me, it was about improving the quality of life. Everything is so convenient.
