I've been here at the Arbors about 5 yrs. It's a great place and peaceful community. The staff (all) are very nice and caring. However, some updating would enhance it more. But I love it here.

Arbors is a great place to live in. The apartment is very nice and well maintained. If you ever need something to be fixed they will do it well and quick . Best part is the staff from the office they are very helpful, friendly and diligent. Parking lot gets shoveled promptly during winter. Green areas are always nice and neat. 100% recommended.

The Arbors of Grandview is in excellent care. The maintenance team, Dehuiz, Dewayne, and Clarence all work hard to make sure the maintenance issues are taken care of and even preventative care. They also work hard to make the appearance of the Arbors is in great condition. The units are spacious and lovely. The office personnel, Alba, Ashlan, and Felicia are excellent as well and Alba works very hard to keep everything very nice throughout the property and also is very organized

Ive been here 7 years ..its convenient..close to a lot of stores..restaurants ...maintenence is fast ..quiet area .Alba...Ashlan....Sophia and Dehuiz handle everything very professional ....its been a cool place to stay for me

Their caring ways for all residents is great. I would highly recommend the Arbors as a place to live. I moved into my apartment in May of last year and since then I have really enjoyed living here. The entire process was super smooth and what I loved the most is how nice and genuine the entire office staff is. DaJanae did my paperwork and maintained communication throughout the entire process. Ms. Alba made me feel right at home from day one. I got a really nice my welcome home box and it was just a really nice and thoughtful gesture. Any problem I’ve had was efficiently and quickly solved by the office, everyone has been very helpful, and the community itself feels very safe. I like how the community is tucked away off the road where it is quieter. There are a ton of nice amenities here, and the apartment I have has a huge livingroom and wood floor. I really recommend Arbors.

I've lived here for many many years that I have lost count. The current staff is courteous and professional, while at the same time going to great lengths to get to know their residents. Miss Alba is very personable, she takes the time to get to know her tenants and maintenance is simply the best. Dwiz has been here for a long time, and always with a smile on his face. The complex has a number of great amenities, and Miss Alba and her team is always looking for ways to improve the community. There is at least one community event each month where we all come together to learn about one another. Rent is reasonable and can't think of a reason not to live here.
