Located about five miles west of the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Adventure Island, and University Mall, the charming Carrollwood neighborhood is convenient to everything Tampa has to offer, but slightly removed to be a peaceful escape at the end of the day. A portion of Lake Carroll extends into the neighborhood on its west side, providing beautiful views for those selecting rentals near the lake. Dale Mabry Highway, which forms the neighborhood's western border, provides ample shops and restaurants for residents.
Carrollwood is convenient for commuters, situated about nine miles northwest of downtown Tampa and less than 10 miles northeast of Tampa International Airport.
