everything that been so peaceful and amazing. the moving in process was simple and everything was explained to me thoroughly. everyone has been kind :)

so far everything has been amazing! we love it! everyone has been very helpful and it is a nice and quiet place to be able to come home and relax to.

Nice neighborhood. Great staff. Well kept grounds and nice area. I would definitely recommend the apartments to friends and family. Definitely satisfied with my apartment.

The quality of living here has declined in back area. People that do not live here come and park and doing illegal activities then result in vandalism..

Everyone is nice friendly and kind. However the car break ins are through the roof and there is nuthin in place for the residents protection

Management very helpful maintenance quick to resolve any issues. And over all a beautiful place to live. Although my move in date was pushed back it was well worth the wait.

I have no complaints, I just wish for updated appliances and some lights. But just a wish! Nice & Quiet I wish i could enjoy my patio more but the bugs takes over.

Love the neighborhood and everything but hate the fact that I'm all the way on the 3rd floor and that after standing on my feet for a full 8 hours I have to come home and walk up 3 flight of stairs just to get to my apartment. Before I moved in I asked for a lower floor apartment and the lady said she would look into and I see she didn't.

Spring has sprung with Arboretum Place becoming a blossoming delight. I'm excited to see the children outside playing after such a harsh winter .

Good scenery, playground and pool for the kids. Pretty safe secure area, new dog park. Good appliances, good amount of space in the apartment. Love the balcony area.

Things have gotten better, but NOW we don't have security or hallway lights in our building on the 1st or 3rd floors. This is not safe. We have enough "visitors" hanging around as it is. Not to mention car break-ins. It's been FOUR WEEKS without those lights.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is wonderful and amazing. They are very prompt and attentive to the tenants. Neighborhood is very well kept

So far it's been a good experience except parking at night. I wish yall could do something about that. I've here since June and can ay I have no complaints

I like where I am living, the only problem I have is several of the things around my apartment keep needing to get fixed, I have had to request multiple times for things to become fixed. Other than that, the area is beautiful and generally safe for me and my cat :)

We have been here for 2 years and have really enjoyed our stay here. Great office staff and matianice is superb. Can't wait for this years pool party ??

Arboretum Place is an amazing place to live! The accommodations are nice, and the available amenities are always kept pristine. I love the addition of the dog park. If there’s one complaint I could make, it’s that’s you have to stay on top of maintenance to get things fixed, but considering the amount of units that they have to service, you just have to be patient. Overall, one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in!

Great staff and amazing property. Great prices and always fix everything that needs to be done. Always done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend

So far it's been a crazy winter. But once again the staff has taken care of the community making sure that we all were safe. Getting the parking lot clear of any snow and ice, they also pu down rock salt to ensure our safety. I was very pleased. 5 ?? in my book.

Been a bit active lately. Several police cars and fire ?? trucks. Let's be more vigilant and caref I l neighbors. We're all in this together.

Very well kept. Maintenance team is on top of things. The staff is understanding and try to help in every way possible. I would recommend to other people looking

Love the quietness cleaned community noise level low.people not hanging out all night traffic to a minimum wonderful place to stay I love it here so far no complaints.

Amazing location, quiet, one of a kind maintenance supervisor and a great office staff. My husband loves living here and we are happy to raise our boys here.

Rent is too high for how the apartments (etc: appliances, inside paint, inside carpet cleaning, hallways) is presented. I wish the buildings had a full time cleaning staff that made the building look nice for visitors who you could refer here.

Beautiful apartment! Service is prompt and thorough. Community events are awesome. The Location is convenient, near many grocery stores like Foodlion, Cosco and Fresh Market. Close to Target and Burlington.

quiet neighborhood peaceful neighbors for the most part everyone minds there business. nice lil area office people are great maintenance getting there

So far so good?? in the AA. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and PEACE and Quiet was in the atmosphere. HAPPY NEW YEAR NEIGHBORS!!

My experience has been amazing. I have had nothing but a positive experience since moving in. The office staff is very helpful. The grounds are well kept and maintained. It is a quiet atmosphere

Love the location,love the complex very nice and friendly staff and friendly residents one of the things I don't like is my apartment faces the train tracks so not only do I hear the train but also feel it when it comes pass and the other is the gym equipment needs to be upgraded or fixed other than that the apartments I stay my neighbors are quite and friendly great place to raise a family in my opinion

I love living here. Great neighborhood. Great staff members and maintenance fixes stuff so quickly. Cannot wait for the dog park to open next year, my doggos cannot wait either.

Enjoying the peace and quiet that Arboretum has become. Tia and staff are during a wonderful job of handling issues we hen they arise. Thankful for them.

Arboretum apartments are very spacious, comfortable, convenient to all restaurants,post office, grocery stores,and churches.The Arboretum is a safe place for your family and community

I've been here almost a month and so far I love it out here.. it's very nice neighborhood and peaceful! I had a rough time with my application process but they made sure they got it right and before you know it I moved right in.. if you're looking for somewhere nice and affordable I advise anyone to move out arboretum apartments!!

Meet a lot of people while walking that are real friendly. Everything is always so nice and welcoming. When something needs to be fixed they are right on time

Lovely place to live and celebrate with your love ones. I love living here for just a little while longer. The whole staff is wonderful and awesome.

Awesome staff. They are very helpful and understanding. They are timely with maintenance requests and always call back if they miss the call.

There were things that needed attention when we moved in. They took care of everything in a timely manner. Everyone that works here is polite and professional. I have been here almost a year and I cannot imagine myself living anywhere else.

Feeling much better about taking walks throughout our apartment complex and appreciating the presence of a police vehicle 's presence on the property. Violators beware, Arboretum Place isn't having it!!

Front office is nice and knowledgeable so is some of the maintenance workers. The supervisor though thinks just cause water is running in a dishwasher that it’s working. Only been here for a month but it makes me want to break our lease cause we can’t clean our child dishes properly and sanitize them. Yes we can hand wash however the sink is tiny so we limit how much we need to wash there isn’t much cabinet space btw which isn’t a them problem. Just be mindful. The maintenance people they had before and are no longer with the company gave poor maintenance to the doors, windows and bathroom caulking and the supervisor has yet to come by and fix it.

The office staff is amazing. I have wonderful neighbors and the complex is kept clean. I made the right choice by moving here. I have recommended the complex to others.

love the view from my apartment people are nice here i just wish we had better parking for residents that actually live here. Overall the place is peaceful and quiet

Overall, the community is a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.parking can sometimes be cat and mouse.the staff is very friendly and courteous. I didn't realize how often they trains come through and shakes the buildings.being that I love trains, that's no problem for me.
