While the apartment itself is not new, the unit has many new amenities and the maintenance staff keeps it running in tip-too shape! I am quite happy there and enjoy all the staff and the neighbors "aren't too loud"--don't care too much the the dog's "excessive" barking, however.

Things are falling apart in this community. Too many issues with the upkeep of one's living quarter's. Leak after leak, substandard , outdated replacement fixtures. If there are upgrades going on, it sure isn't happening in my unit.

I love it out here but they have to do better when people call in for work orders.. I called to put in one about my ac barely blowing out cold air and I was told they couldn't do anything about it unless room temperature was at 80.. it's too freaking hot out here to have to be suffering

Love the neighborhood and everything but hate the fact that I'm all the way on the 3rd floor and that after standing on my feet for a full 8 hours I have to come home and walk up 3 flight of stairs just to get to my apartment. Before I moved in I asked for a lower floor apartment and the lady said she would look into and I see she didn't.

Things have gotten better, but NOW we don't have security or hallway lights in our building on the 1st or 3rd floors. This is not safe. We have enough "visitors" hanging around as it is. Not to mention car break-ins. It's been FOUR WEEKS without those lights.

I like where I am living, the only problem I have is several of the things around my apartment keep needing to get fixed, I have had to request multiple times for things to become fixed. Other than that, the area is beautiful and generally safe for me and my cat :)

Arboretum Place is an amazing place to live! The accommodations are nice, and the available amenities are always kept pristine. I love the addition of the dog park. If there’s one complaint I could make, it’s that’s you have to stay on top of maintenance to get things fixed, but considering the amount of units that they have to service, you just have to be patient. Overall, one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in!

So far it's been a crazy winter. But once again the staff has taken care of the community making sure that we all were safe. Getting the parking lot clear of any snow and ice, they also pu down rock salt to ensure our safety. I was very pleased. 5 ?? in my book.

Rent is too high for how the apartments (etc: appliances, inside paint, inside carpet cleaning, hallways) is presented. I wish the buildings had a full time cleaning staff that made the building look nice for visitors who you could refer here.

Love the location,love the complex very nice and friendly staff and friendly residents one of the things I don't like is my apartment faces the train tracks so not only do I hear the train but also feel it when it comes pass and the other is the gym equipment needs to be upgraded or fixed other than that the apartments I stay my neighbors are quite and friendly great place to raise a family in my opinion
