I have never lived in a worse managed place. Our apartment would be cute if it didn’t have so many issues. When we moved in there was a hole big enough in the windowsill that you could stick a finger through it, the floors were broken in multiple spots, the cabinets under the kitchen sink were caving at the base, the list goes on and on. These issues took weeks to fix (mostly just because that’s how long it took for maintenance to finally show up). Then our kitchen light went out and it took almost three weeks for them to fix, which they did by replacing the old light cover with a new one that was already cracked. Now our kitchen light has been out again for a week and they have yet to make an appearance despite speaking with the office multiple times. The management team has done nothing to help and will not call back if you leave a voicemail, which is what you generally have to do since they rarely answer the phones. We never expected a luxury apartment but at the very least we would like the bare minimum of everything to be in decent repair and working. We have every intention of leaving the second our lease is up. I do not recommend living here.

Multiple water leaks in my unit and maintenance orders have been closed before without it being fixed. I'm still waiting for maintenance to fix the damage from a new leak. The trash compactors overfill fast and people leave theirs in yards. I've also had packages stolen and the gate only works about once every 3 months, so it really isn't a gated community. I have tried calling the office many times, always going to voicemail. 2 stars for location and to prove this review wasn't written when I was angry for them not answering the office phone again!

Don't move here!! Honestly they need to shut this place down. The management changes at least twice a year and it gets worse every time... Piping in the building needs to be redone in all of them. The breeze way in the buildings are always dirty because the valet trash that you have to pay for is always spilling trash on the stairs. Maintenance is terrible and basically useless...They might come look at the issue weeks after the complaint only to not fix anything until it's time to renew the lease. If you read this review and still move here then it's your own fault.
I can’t wait for my lease to end, to move out from this apartment. If you put your work order down it take them ages to come and fix it, have been complaining about my patio storage is not open since about four months ago up till now nothing is done, bedroom door is not close very well put the work order two months ago nothing is done up to this moment. My worst apartment ever. I regret moving to this apartment. You pay for everything and you don’t enjoy anything. Worst apartment!!
Complex is huge, but gated and safe with friendly staff.

My best experience has been with the staff, they are kind, courteous and willing to assist, however, there is only so much they can do with limited resources. The property owner needs to invest in updating old and outdated heating and cooling systems, parking lot repair & landscaping.

Do not judge the outside appearance. It may look like a nice apartment on the outside but once living here youll notice the noise is extremely excessive, partly due to poor construction but also the residents dont seem to have any consideration of how loud they. Also, they drive too fast in the parking lot. Almost hitting residents - children, animals alike!

I am not having a positive experience at Round Grove Apartments. There have been two incidents where the police have been called. I was promised a brand new apartment only to find a plethora of issues, the least is cabinetry stained with green mold like substance, partially broken or poorly sprayed with paint. The worst issue is my heating and cooling unit is broken. I am counting the days til my lease is up, unfortunately I have 11 1/2 more months to go.

The apartment itself was rather enjoyable and all the neighbors were very friendly; however, the management was the worst I have ever experienced. We paid monthly for pest control and they only went once, said they’d come right back, and never actually sprayed the apartment in the 12 months we lived there. Our AC wasn’t keeping the apartment below 85 degrees and after our work order was placed the note said the apartment can’t cool down too much when it’s hot outside. Monique was the least help out of everyone. She was rude and we constantly had to ask for help before anything would be done. The only time they are quick to respond is when they are owed money. We received an eviction notice on our third day in the apartment because they failed to process our payment and instead of reaching out they thought an eviction would be easier. The gate was frequently out of order and the back gate was permanently closed instead of being fixed. They also refused to give us the gate code which meant if we ordered food and the gate was closed we had to walk all the way to the front. Parking was terrible. At one point I had to park at the apartments across the street until I got my covered parking. We moved out a few weeks early and made sure to leave everything turned off to save money. There was a water leak when we were gone and maintenance went in to fix it. When we returned, we found all of our lights turned on, the AC on full blast, and the balcony door opened. We even received and increased utilities bill two months after we moved out. With that being said, this is not a place I would refer to any prospective renters.

Great community to live in, but is a little pricey when It comes to multiple bedrooms. Parking is a problem if you cant seem to find a parking spot in the late afternoon.. its really sucks getting off work in the afternoon and not finding a parking spot. Gates is another thing sometimes they work and codes dont work at all. Other than those its quiet and have nice respectable neighbors.

Overall satisfied with the complex. Some things could be better but every place will have pros and cons. Rocky start getting moved in and things repaired by maintenance but have had TOO many issues in my year of living here.

I like the layout and all the trees, New owners have done a decent job cleaning up the place with new paint and landscaping. They spend thousands on the gate. Stupid people keep running into the gate knocking off track. The neighbors are nice.

its an average place to live but there is not very good communication between the staff and residents. They expect their money on time but they don't help us to receive what we are paying for.

Staff doesn’t care about there tenants issue. Staff are always confuse on what’s going on and never have an answer. Maintenance takes about a week until they come fix. Dog poop everywhere and no parking space.
