Property Ratings at Arboretum Apartments
I have lived here for 2 years and I love it. I appreciate the armed security at night and the friendly staff. Maintenance has always been to our apartment in a timely matter. Good place for college students.
The one star is for the one girl in the office who was actually nice. We had our washer & dryer flood into our hallway & didn’t get it fixed for over a week. We had our AC break & go without being fixed on more than one occasion. Our apartment was riddled with stink bugs, spiders, beetles both inside & outside the unit. We told the office & nothing was done. We had several more issues that went unanswered as well. The property is disgusting and our building was as well. I would never recommend anyone to live at this property for any reason.
