Arbor 404 is a great apartment for its price. The halls are wide enough to make moving furniture in not only possible, but almost easy. The bathroom isnt cramped and the rooms are decently sized.

Very large apartment, I love all the space for only being a one bedroom. The location is super nice, right next to a grocery store and hardware store. In the middle of town so fairly close to everything.

At first it was a rocky start staying in Abor 400. I had many issues with my apartment and management and didnt feel comfortable with my stay. I expressed my concerns and how i felt about all the issues i was having while in Abor 400. management at first was a litlle slow at recating, but got right on top of the problem and my issues, as well reasuring me to make me feel more comfortable with my stay. They really care and are also hard working as to getting things resolved. They do a outstanding job with taking care of problems and concerns to make people commfortable.
