AQ Rittenhous has been a great experience so far. Nice staff and nice amenities. The location is great and the building is clean. The halls smell great every time you come in.

This is a good place to live. There are some quirks like every building but overall it is nice. The AC/heating system in my apartment specifically is extremely loud but that does not bother me. Management is generally responsive along with maintenance.

Great! Everyone has been very friendly, especially the maintenance staff and front desk attendants. The only thing I have to say is the garbage trucks are very loud in the morning from 4 AM-5/30/6 AM

Great apartment units at an affordable price! I love the doormen and doorwomen here. They are so friendly and warm. Easy payment online. Great rooftop.

My husband and I love living here. It’s the perfect distance from school and in a great neighborhood. It’s quiet and we never really hear our neighbors. Staff is friendly and respectful.

My partner and I recently moved in, and the staff made it so easy. We really enjoy the apartment so far (even if it’s covered in boxes). I can’t wait to finish organizing it and making it cozy.

I love AQ rittenhouse. I moved to Philadelphia for work and had to move pretty quickly so I was a bit apprehensive on what to expect. It has massively exceeded my expectations. The staff is outstanding, the location can’t be beat, and obviously the apartment itself is very nice and modern. I’ve only ever had one small issue that required attention (sink) and maintenance responded within the hour when I put a ticket in. 24/7 doorman, very safe, quiet. I haven’t even taken full advantage of it but they also have an awesome rooftop for residents with an unbelievable view of the city, grills, and lounge space

I absolutely love my two bedroom apartment! It’s the perfect layout and space for myself and my cats. The windows and view are absolutely gorgeous as an added bonus!

The apartment is pretty good. There are 24/7 concierges guaranteeing the safety. However, it is bit of noisy near the street in the morning when cars passing by.

My experience living at AQ the past few months has been fantastic. From the friendly faces at the front desk to the amenities - you cant beat it!

The building is kept very clean, making it a pleasant place to stay. The reception and property manager are kind and helpful, providing assistance with various concerns. I'm glad I chose this place. It is definitely one of the best rental properties in Philadelphia.

The neighborhood is A with the dog park, Rittenhouse square, restaurants & grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself is very nice, but it is now 9 years old with no updates to the apartments themselves. The roof has been updated a few times, but it sucks that there’s only so many people allowed on it per unit AND that you have to pay $100/hour to even reserve it privately. We pay so much in rent that it should be included to be able to reserve it. The gym is also a hole in the closet. It needs to be revamped or they need to partner with a close by gym instead. The front desk people are supposed to be our security, but there’s no way they would be able to physically save any of us. It often smells like trash on the 1st floor since the garbage sits in the garage for days. They definitely need air fresheners on the 1st floor. And they’re so stingy about the A/C in the hallways and 1st floor. I shouldn’t have to sweat in the building at all. But I’ve never seen a bug so that’s a plus.

From the third floor you get a ton of street noise at all hours of the day. The neighbors frequently have parties both upstairs and right next door, so I haven't gotten a decent night's sleep since I moved in. Noise cancelling earphones don't do much to alleviate the issue. There is a severe roach problem as well, since people tend to leave out trash in the staircase or out in the open. Repair happens quickly and management is responsive, but there are basically no amenities because the gym is too small to be used.

Nothing better than AQ rittenhouse! Friendly staff, i always get a quick response. Great view from the rooftop, i can be there for a long time and just relax :). I can say that this place is in a convenient location, everything is really close from here, and nights at Philly are really fun. I also can say that i feel safe living in this building, and most of the people that live here are really friendly.

pros: location and new construction cons: built by cheapskates! low quality, underperforming appliances and zero insulation. heating/cooling this "energy efficient" space costs $150/month! not enough hot water for 2 adults to shower in the morning before work. trash chutes are constantly overflowing and management is now leasing out rooms nightly so bedbugs and other infestations are only a matter of time. you can do way better, for same/less money, in the same neighborhood.

The AQ at rittenhouse is wonderful. I've been in two different units, the E, which is a bit smaller but has all the ammenities, and the A which provides two bathrooms and wonderful views. My girlfriend and I are looking to move into a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom E apartment. She thinks the rent is a bit too high, I tend to agree but for the location and ammenities you cannot really haggle. It's a beautiful property in a safe area of center city. Hopefully we can find an apartment we can agree on for the right price!
