Property Ratings at APARTMENTS AT MADDIE
The apartments are beautiful and modern. However, the other residents make this place a HORRIBLE place to live. Loud music, smells, drunk people hanging around in the hallways. We also had a homeless woman having a mental breakdown outside our window at 3am TWICE. We had to call the police. We know of other incidents from friends that have happened here and its crazy that they don't do anything to remedy bad situations. They can really care less about you. You're better going with another complex away from Downtown and not with this company.

My apartment is very nice, quiet with everything I need. I always have a place to park and snow removal has been done quickly which has been a huge relief.
I been here for since May. My experience has been amazing. Enjoyed the pool in the summer fun times. The lady's in the leasing office were helpful when I needed help. The maintenance crew were also helpful, and fixed my dryer the same day I put my work order in. Thank you for making my first apartment experience wonderful.
Apartments are a great layout with NO carpet! Love that feature along with the huge kitchen. Also really appreciate the controlled access buildings.

I toured the Apartments at Maddie with my daughter who was moving up to Greeley for work. We both loved the feel of the apartments and the quality of the amenities (2 wonderful gyms, pool, and several patio areas with BBQ grills). The apartments themselves were beautiful and the kitchen islands in the 1 bedroom apartment home was perfect for my daughter as she loves to cook and has never had an apartment with such a well designed kitchen space. That the apartments have the washer and dryer in unit as well was very important. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Luanne, the manager, was very personable and friendly. I'm know my daughter will be very very happy at Apartments at Maddie.

Moved up from Denver to Greeley for work and was excited to find such an amazing apartment. I love the layout of my apartment as it had tons of windows which was perfect for all my plants. I like the location as well, being close to downtown Greeley. I love all of the amenities as well. The fact that there are two gyms with different features is awesome! If I need cardio, I go up to the full fitness center at the Boone. If I'm doing weights, I can use the weight room. It even has a punching bag, weighted ropes, and squat rack!
I’m not one to write reviews, but I’ll provide some insight to living here. We moved in on July 1st. The staff at Maddie is very nice, and the building is new. Unfortunately, that’s where the good ends. We have had constant issues with poorly installed AC units on the roof vibrating inside our unit. Since July 1st They have attempted 2 times to fix the issue, but it has not gotten to resolution. In September an item was stolen from my locked vehicle in the parking lot in view of 2 cameras. I made a police report and the police state they got no response from the apartment complex when requesting the footage. If I was a parent, I would not feel safe with my child living here while attending UNC. I do not recommend those looking for an apartment to choose these. There are many options within 15 mins from UNC that I wish I would have chosen.
