The Far West-Hays area of Dripping Springs, Texas, lies around 30 miles due west of downtown Austin's cultural hub. When you can't make it that far, relax close to your rental home or apartment in the sleepy town of Dripping Springs. The downtown area contains a few notable restaurants. Start your day off right with Mazama Coffee's breakfast tacos, a croissant, and a cup of home-roasted coffee before heading off to work. At the end of the day, stop off at Creek Road Cafe for upscale American cuisine. Locals love the Pedernales pork chops, a Southern favorite pan-seared with maple syrup and spicy Sambal chili garlic sauce.
When you want to spend time outdoors away from downtown Dripping Springs, consider the historic Hamilton Pool Preserve on the northern edge of your neighborhood. You need a reservation to swim here from May to September, but the wait remains well worth it.

Used to be good and had an achievable living standard/somewhat affordable rent while under the old landlord, but under the new landlord I got my rent jacked and have no love for my community as they have nothing but contempt for workers like me.

Anthem is a great place to live, very quiet, efficient teams to work with. Everyone I have met here is very friendly, mindful of others. Very dog friendly, cleans up after their dogs. I have not regretted my choice to live here.

I am very happy here and Ledgestone Athem Ledgestone I am in building nine, which has an elevator, which makes it quite easy for me to bring groceries up and things down. I also love the fact that we have many restaurants surround us and also that HEB just put a new store in at the next signal from our apartment, which makes me very happy . The scenery is very pleasant and enjoyable to sit out on your balcony and enjoy the outdoors.

I loved the prior management. The new Management has no idea what's going on. Or what was done before, and nor do they care. we have not had use of our half of our workout area since the beginning of the year, and nor have they tried anything to fix it. Not to their fault, but the construction and the new builds is absolutely ridiculous. This used to be a quiet apartment complex. And now it is just constant, loud, loud, loud. It may be convenient to h, e, b, and other things, but it is not worth not being able to sleep or watch t v or listen to other people Slam the doors constantly. I would like use of the rest of my gym area that is included in our rent period I would also like for this management to have introduced themselves properly and gotten to know the residents properly. However, they just came in and we've already had changes in this management staff in just the past couple of months that they have been here. I understand that changes will occur, but there are ways to handle and try to get to know what work didn't work before you came here. We used to prefer people to live here. We will no longer do that, and we cannot wait until our lease is up.

Anthem at ledge stone is in a very good spot for restaurants, fast foods, and HEB. My Husband loves our Balcony and so do I. What I love most about our apartment are the windows in the great room we get plenty of light, and also the Building has a grill on the third floor. We also have a fireplace and you can gather there with friends and family. Yes you will enjoy living here.

My husband and I love our apartment here at anthem at ledge stone, we especially enjoy our balcony. Shopping and dining are available with in walking distance. We even have an HEB in walking distance. The pool and club house are very enjoyable. Call and take a tour you won’t regret it. ??

The is a good place to live for a reasonable price. The staff, including maintenance, is extremely friendly and helpful, the apartments are clean and well-maintained, and there are excellent amenities such as a pool for relaxing and a large exercise room with something for everyone. Pets are welcome too, and there are amenities for them as well.

Overall, no major complaints. The majority of the complaints I did have were regarding the previous office management team, which have since been replaced with a significantly more friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful team of staff. And I am sure that this management will be fair in addressing the previously mentioned concerns.

The Front Office Team and Management have always been attentive & friendly to me whenever I have visited the front office in person needing help or information on any question I have with The Anthem. Their Maintenance team has always responded in appropriate time to work orders I requested through The Anthem Portal. Thanks Office & Maintenace Team!

My experience living with Anthem at Ledgestone has been wonderful. I’m so impressed with the facilities and high quality features of my apartment (appliances and attention to detail). The clubhouse is so nice and the pool area is very well designed. A guest of mine has compared it to a pool area you’d see at an expensive house. I love the community and you can’t beat the location.

Best experience living at an apartment complex I’ve ever had. I’m really loving the amenities! The staff is super awesome and on top of things! The maintenance team is also top notch. Its a beautiful community in a beautiful part of Texas. I can see myself living here for a bit.

I love this place. Amenities are great — gym, fitness studio, pool, co-working space, private meeting rooms, and function room. There is a real sense of community with the tenants, and lovely staff who have always been helpful whenever we’ve needed anything.
