Andover Park

I have been a resident for the past four years now,and never had any issues. The previous management before was responsive to any issues. The new management is young folks who are very vibrant and professional. Our Property Manager goes beyond to address any concerns or issues In a timely manner. The location is ideal for all your shopping needs. Less than minutes. I would highly recommend Andover Park for your stay. It is quiet and safe to live. The rooms are very spacious couldn't ask for more space than that.

This company is a scam. I moved out August 10, 2024. I paid rent for the full month on the 1st, but prior to that I gave 30days notice (hence the move out date). It is January 28, 2025 and this company has yet to return my prorated rent for the month of August. You literally cannot get in touch with regional managers or offices. It is literally the worse group I have ever rented with. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I have been a resident here for over a year now. Danita at the leasing office is very responsive and kind. Maintenance folks are quick to try and resolve issues. But the community itself is very old and not maintained well. The apartment I stay in has really old appliances that don't work half the time. The management will try and fix it, but won't replace it. The hallways and common areas are never maintained well. Always filled with cobwebs and dirt. Maintenance sits in the shed all day and doesn't clean any of the property. Dog poop is everywhere, breeze way is disgusting and still hasn't been cleaned in over a year or more. This isn't your place to stay and start a life. Management is a joke and are never here when something is need. When my lease is up I'm going far from this place. DONT DO IT!

It's filled with dog poop. I had requested the management to install a bulb/light at the dog park for the residents to be able to use it at night, but this was never addressed, even after multiple requests. The dog park cannot be accessed after it gets dark.

I really love my apartment it’s very spacious it’s quiet and the front office is amazing anytime w i have a problem or A concern there are right on it The Maintenance people are amazing as well anytime something is broken or not working in my apartment they right on it I never had a problem Overall the apartment is very amazing

This a great apartment complex to live in. It has all the amenities and is conveniently located to everything but still out of the way and quiet. Every restaurant, shop, store, and major street is close by. It also has 24 hour maintenance available.

I lived at Andover Park for almost 4 years (from July 2012 - April 2016). During the last 6 months of living at the community I experienced an apartment break-in, management/maintenance team losing the spare key to my home, and a car break-in. My advice would be to keep looking if you're in the market for a new apartment home. Amidst the safety concerns, the people are just plain rude. After moving out, I've dealt with unexpected "final charges" as well as extremely poor communication and lack of compassion from the property manager and Blue Ridge Companies team.

I Love my apartments. It's quiet, people don't bother each other, office responds quickly to requests, and staff keeps the property clean.

I have been la resident at andover park for about 3 years. I really like the location of the apartment it is right off of wendover. The community is quiet and we really don't have any issues here. I am however thinking about not renewing my lease because they do tend to increase rent every time I am up for renewal. Overall my stay here has been okay. I have had some issues with ants but that situation was handled in a timely manner by the complex. I am currently looking for another apartment or looking to purchase my own home!

I just love this place. The apartments are so large and quite. College students mostly stay here, needless to say, I am well past my college days, but I dont hear them at all. These apartments are well built and well maintained. The office staff here are very professional and are extra nice. It is a great place to live in any season of your life. I just love it here.
