Absolutely love the management and employees! I have nothing but great conversations and things to say about them. I also love how quite the place is throughout the day!

I am really satisfied with my living experience here. My neighbors are great. They keep it clean and well-maintained. The landscaping is beautiful. They have lots of parking and the pool is a plus. They are very friendly and management is always responsive in a timely manner.

I love living here it's super safe and quiet neighborhood..also the property manager is Ciara is super friendly and professional as well..I recommend coming to live here

Andover apartments is a nice place to live and compare to other places it is also affordable. Andover has first come first serve parking. No one reserved spot per apartment and there’s plenty of spaces.

Good area, good schools. Convenient to highways as well as most of the surrounding areas with in the hampton roads . Staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of the tenants.

Living here is a safe place because people don't really bother you or hassle you for anything...if you are looking for a safe community to live in..this is one.

I recently transferred into a different unit at Andover Apartments and, unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelming. While the location is convenient, maintenance is friendly and prompt with my request, and the layout of the apartment is decent, there are several issues that have made living here less than ideal. I’m facing issues with the property manager not providing me with enough time to pay my rent. I recently transferred to a new unit and prior to moving I paid my rent for the month. After a few days of being in my apartment I was told that my rent payment went towards carpet repairs in my former apartment and that my rent for my current unit is now past due. I wasn’t informed about this decision in advance, and it feels unfair to have my rent allocated for repairs without being given a heads up and extra time to pay for rent. This lack of transparency is concerning. I'm not upset at being charged for carpet repairs, however I am upset that I wasn't given enough time to pay what I needed to pay. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial strain because of how abrupt the situation is, and I’m concerned about the impact this could have on my lease and living situation.

The management staff located at Andover Apartments are amazing. They are deeply rooted in the community they serve. You will often witness Andover Apartment management staff hosting resident events that cater to the community. They are kind and easy to talk to. I am thankful for there presence.

been living here for over 2 years. Love Ms Alexis. VERY MILITARY friendly. I highly encourage people who are military and ballin on a budget to look into this complex.

Though I've only lived here for about a month now, I'm completely satisfied with all aspects of this apartment complex; location, noise levels, neighbors, parking, washer and dryer hook-ups, and the people that run everything are fantastic. We're (in my book) biking distance from basically everything, we live right on a main road but you can only hear emergency vehicle sirens, my apartment is perfectly spacious and priced just right, and I'm very, very glad that washer and dryer rentals are available for each individual apartment. Lastly, I haven't found the need to make any maintenance calls just yet (thankfully), but the young lady, Alexis, who sat with us to fill out paperwork, explained everything, and did our walk through with us was honestly the best part of everything and what made moving here from out of state just that much more enjoyable.

I'd give this place a million stars if I could everyone is so nice and chill

Andover Apts are an excellent community to live in. The Apt community lawn and shrubbery is kept cut on a weekly basis. The Apt Manager insures the residents get outstanding treatment. She respond to your request within the same day. I have never had to wait longer than 30 min for her to return my call. She puts in work orders for mainrenance right away. The maintenance staff ensures that everything is in excellent working condition and if there is an after hour emergency they respond to you in a very timely manner. If the manager is away longer than a day she provides a replacement to assistance the residents with whatever they may need. I have lived here for 5 years and I highly recommend these apartments to all. This community is one of a few apts with a pool that has a life guard on duty 7 days a week during the pool hours. The Manager ensures residence safety at all times. There is security patrol from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. to be sure the residents are safe at night. The parking lot and buildings are well lite so we can see very well at night. The monthly rent is affordable and with all the services here your rent is well worth it.

Nice and quite community. Great amenities and the location is ideal close to beach, navy bases and highway.
