Anderson Flats is an amazing place to live! Not only is it in the perfect location (close to 440/40/70), the staff is always going the extra mile. Joanna and Allie make sure everyone is a priority! One Friday the elevator stopped working. I just had surgery on my foot and could not get up and down the stairs. Joanna was able to get the elevator repaired that night. The maintenance team is fantastic too! They respond so quickly to any issues. Couldn’t live in a better place!

I cannot imagine living anywhere else. This is such a convenient location and great neighborhood. The residents are friendly and genuinely care about their neighbors.
Great apartment complex to live at! The amenities are great and close to downtown/North Hills. The people are very friendly and an overall good community.
The location can't be beat and all the neighbors are so friendly and always say hi or waive, even when walking on the Greenway which is one of my favorite things about the area.

I wouldn't rent from anywhere else. Joanna and Allie (property management) are great, they have community events every couple months that are super fun and a great chance to meet your neighbors. Super dog friendly, everyone has a dog. Half a mile from North Hills, 2 miles from DT Raleigh, great amenities (gym, pool, lounge area, coffee bar, dog park) It's also right next to the Greenway. I love living here!

Overall, it’s been a great experience. Love the apartment and the community. Haven’t met that many people. So many dog walkers which I love. The only issue is no water pressure in the kitchen to wash dishes. It’s so bad. And they couldn’t do anything when they came for maintenance. Otherwise all good.

The staff at the front office are top tier residential agents and they deserve a raise because they go above and beyond...I was very unsure about relocating to Raleigh to Anderson Flats but Joanna assured me and asked me to just come and take a look with no commitment. I came and was in awe with the property and everything else. I was sold and decided after viewing that Anderson Flats would be my new home.

Love the area and the amenities. You are close to everything and the highway. Minutes away from Crabtree mall, North Hill and downtown. Amd it's a pet friendly place.

Very easy and easy to work with when moving in. Neighbors are very friendly, and also are very mindful of noise above and beside me. During the week it is quiet but weekends are fun with people at the pool grilling and casually drinking.

Anderson flats is the perfect apartment complex. It's close to North Hills, but off in its own little area so that you don't have to deal with much traffic. It has plenty of parking spaces, including lots of visitors spots, so finding a parking space for you or your visitor is never an issue. The apartments have lots of windows that provide natural lighting, and the balconies are spacious. The best feature is that you can literally walk to the greenway trail in just a few minutes. It's so easy to just go for a quick walk or run right after work, without having to drive to a trail. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Anderson Flats!

Love living here! Great community and great staff. Wonderful location. I couldn't ask for a better spot to live. Roomy apartments. Love the gym, but they don't have a sauna or steam room.

The location can't be beat, especially the proximity to the Greenway trails. Maintenance is quick and responsive and the pool is a great place to meet neighors!

Amazing staff and amenities. The neighborhood is great and the Greenway right next door is perfect for early morning jogs or a nice walk with my wife.

Everyone from the office staff to the neighbors have been very nice. The community is very calm and peaceful and we enjoy time on the spacious balcony the most!
