Zoe was amazing from start to finish. She was so helpful in helping me make my decision in selecting Anderson Flats. The location was perfect in my commute to my job. This was a great decision to move here. Its clean and noise level are low. Overall great experience.

The apartment rental process couldn’t have been easier. Everything from the initial inquiry to signing the lease was clear and efficient. The property management is excellent! Joanna and the maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful! The clubhouse and the pool and the workout room are really nice. Elevators in all of the buildings. Location is amazing with the exception of six forks being loud.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Anderson Flats! The location in Midtown Raleigh is incredibly convenient—close to everything I need, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful. I also appreciate how pet-friendly the community is, especially with the private Bark Park and easy Greenway access.

Anderson Flats is an amazing place to live! Not only is it in the perfect location (close to 440/40/70), the staff is always going the extra mile. Joanna and Allie make sure everyone is a priority! One Friday the elevator stopped working. I just had surgery on my foot and could not get up and down the stairs. Joanna was able to get the elevator repaired that night. The maintenance team is fantastic too! They respond so quickly to any issues. Couldn’t live in a better place!

Great community, alot of events held by the communal space. People are respectful at the dog park and other shared spaces. Super close to a gas station and Greenway.

The location can't be beat and all the neighbors are so friendly and always say hi or waive, even when walking on the Greenway which is one of my favorite things about the area.

I wouldn't rent from anywhere else. Joanna and Allie (property management) are great, they have community events every couple months that are super fun and a great chance to meet your neighbors. Super dog friendly, everyone has a dog. Half a mile from North Hills, 2 miles from DT Raleigh, great amenities (gym, pool, lounge area, coffee bar, dog park) It's also right next to the Greenway. I love living here!

Overall, it’s been a great experience. Love the apartment and the community. Haven’t met that many people. So many dog walkers which I love. The only issue is no water pressure in the kitchen to wash dishes. It’s so bad. And they couldn’t do anything when they came for maintenance. Otherwise all good.

The staff at the front office are top tier residential agents and they deserve a raise because they go above and beyond...I was very unsure about relocating to Raleigh to Anderson Flats but Joanna assured me and asked me to just come and take a look with no commitment. I came and was in awe with the property and everything else. I was sold and decided after viewing that Anderson Flats would be my new home.

Love the area and the amenities. You are close to everything and the highway. Minutes away from Crabtree mall, North Hill and downtown. Amd it's a pet friendly place.
