The Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets provide residents with all of their shopping desires. This massive outdoor outlet mall has department stores galore, and even name brand establishments. Property Ratings at Ancora
We did not have a good experience living in this apartment. The common areas, including the game room, movie room, and workspace, only operate when the leasing office is open. After 6 PM on weekdays and Saturdays, and rarely on Sundays, they were open. Initially, the cleaning and maintenance services were decent, but over time, they significantly deteriorated. Despite these issues, we ultimately decided to move out due to the renewal offer. The proposed rent for our renewal was $2,123, while the market price for apartments with the same layout ranged between $1,900 and $1,950 on their website, plus they were offering six weeks free for new residents. The renewal term was for 17 months, and if we wanted a month-to-month lease, the rent would increase to $3,000. I attempted to negotiate at least a market-aligned rate, but unfortunately, no negotiation was possible. Now, one month after we moved out, the apartment is still available for rent, and they are offering six weeks free with a current price of $1,923. Overall, there are other apartment communities in the same area that offer better amenities and a more reasonable pricing structure.

I’ve lived at Ancora now for a few months. The location is very convenient to Premium Outlets, Disney Springs, SeaWorld & Discovery Cove to name a few. My apartment is very spacious and modern. From my patio I can see the fireworks at SeaWorld which my son loves. The community is quiet and my neighbors are really nice.
All the staff at Ancora is really great! Christina, Maia, Christine and Pedro are very helpful. Maintenance staff is really nice as well! Beautiful community with new apartments!

I lived there for 4 weeks, was a "dorm" for uti/mmi. Moved in on the 22nd of February no hot water. Management staff made no mention of it to anyone until I asked about it. The excuse was 6 out of 10 boilers where broken couldn't get parts because of covid. It was noisey dogs constantly barking and a bird in the swamp behind hollered all night long.

Walls/ Ceiling super thin no insulation… I can hear music and neighbors talking, pets barking at all hours. ceilings are even worse I hear every step the upstairs neighbor takes and how many showers they take. Noise level is quite loud/disturbing I can even hear when they close patio door and shower sliding doors. Fees for amenities even though they inaccessible most of the time.

Several complaints about my stay in this complex for 3 years, AC problems, amenities several times not working, grill area, pool closed for no reason. They towed my work truck, without a reason, even when I notified that it was mine and will be parked there for the weekends when I were not working. Unfortunately my neighbor had a rare condition in one of his leg and the odor went for the hallway and to my bedroom, unbearable. Last thing when I left, they charged me for about US$ 1100, arguing that I leave the carpet in poor condition, I left everything in perfect condition, I do not have pets or small children, do not even leave a single hole in the walls, since no picture or TV or anything similar hanged, please before leaving, make sure that someone from the office checks the apartment with you and checks that everything is fine. After several months of fight they reduced my payment to US$400, I don't want to ruin my credit score. In 3 years I never missed a single payment.
A Big Fabulous Hello To Anyone Reading This Long Review lol I’d like to start off by saying this gated apartment community is beyond high class. It was a bit out of my budget but for the amenities alone and wonderful hospitality it is well worth the extra couple hundred dollars for not only the location but for comfy luxurious living. From the beautiful pool, package concierge service, same floor trash room (You have to use the outside trash for boxes or overly large bags), pool table , outdoor hangout lounge with large screen TVs, multiple propane grills for usage, a computer room (it includes a Mac and 10 free pages of print), upstairs downstairs gym (which includes a play area for kids), yoga/boxing, simulated golf, sky lounge, movie theater room, & coupons provided in your welcome packet, the list goes on and on. Also there’s always complementary coffee, On site vendors that come about 3 to 5 times a week to sell food, and from the simple fact that you live in the middle of everything what more can you ask for? I love my kitchen island and all the cabinets and extra pantry space to fit everything and the extra closet space in both bathrooms on top of having a walk-in closet in both rooms and his and her sinks in the master bedroom outlet plugs everywhere! Onto my move-in process I came 20 minutes before closing time and everyone was super enthusiastic & helpful and was not upset at all about my last minute pop up and I was able to get everything set up and my keys hassle free I was helped by Christina and the assistant manager Pedro Who are both simply wonderful and super professional with a fly attire! The next day I was helped by Maia Who let me talk her ear off about God and my prayer walks and my excitement from moving into this community! I had a few minor concerns and she had the maintenance guy Billy G Came by and went superbly above and beyond he even went out of his way to get my bathroom floor waxed which is some thing that he was not required to do and he just simply did out of the kindness of his heart which I highly appreciate and wanted to give him a special shout out for! Keep up the great work Billy!!! The few times I’ve met the manager Christine she’s always been super sweet and professional! Shout out to Pedro, Maia, Christina & Christine. They are beyond amazing & always with a smile and ALWAYS happy to help and always willing to go above and beyond. Keep being GREAT!

Ancora is a safe, well maintained, and quiet area to live. The security of the gates and the building make this place let you have a more peace in mind feeling when inside room of units. It feels secured like a hotel. Everything in units is spacious and well thought out. The amenities are great and you can always have it more secured and reserved. The pricing is just right and they patterned up with Till to allow you to make payments bi weekly and stay up to date with rent. GENIUS!

I've lived almost two years at Ancora and it is a very lovely community. The apartments are roomy and arranged in an excellent manner. I love the court yards and the game rooms and the other amenities. Any service calls are answered almost immediately. I am sure others will enjoy living here as much as I do.

The apartments are lovely and roomy. The storage space in my apartment is more than adequate. The closets in both bedrooms are huge. I love the kitchen, it is easy to work in and again the storage space is more than adequate. Everyone who has visited me has been impressed by how large and elegant the apartment is.

Tengo pocos días en la comunidad y hasta ahora ha sido provechosa, me gusta mucho la vista desde mi apartamento y la disfruto mucho, la comunidad es amable, el olor de la alfombra en los pasillos no me gusta un poco y me produce alergia pero será cuestión de acostumbrarme!

El primer año fue excelente pero ya llevo dos años en los cuales seguimos decayendo y no hay soluciones, la suciedad en este complejo es horrible , los elevadores y los pasillos mantienen sucios , la entrada alos edificios huele a orines de perro y popo y nos quejamos en el community walk y no hacen nada la administration , solo envían mensajes y creo necesitamos otras tácticas para que la gente cumpla con las reglas de vivir en ancora

Overall great move in experience & enjoy living here. Location is amazing. Luxury style living. Would highly recommend. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Every time I have approached any staff member both office & maintenance, they are friendly, responsive and take care of the issue right away. No complaints at all, glad I chose Ancora.

Complex needs to be cleaned up. Complex is not kept up to standards that would be considered "Luxury". Issues could be fixed, but have yet to be. No real benefit to living here during Covid-19, amenities mostly shut down during pandemic with no recompense to current residents. Many still closed or operating with reduced hours. Still charged full rent and other fees amount and was throughout pandemic.

Good place to live in Orlando. The location and the complex itself are great, and the apartments are very nice and cozy. In my 3 years living here the few times I've had a problem, management have been quick and efficient and they seem to care about residents. They are always looking for things to please the residents Amenities are great. It's not the cheapest place to live in, but so far me and my wife are happy here.

Mi esxperiencia en esta comunidad es muy Mala... primeramente que desde que me mude aqui marzo 6 2020 no han venido arreglar lo que esta dañado desde el dia 1 y ya estamos a junio 15 2020. Llame nuevamente y aun nadie a venido. Tambien mi otra mala experiencia fue que me robaron una traila aqui llenas de herramientas todo valorado en $20,000 y no pudieron hacer nada por mi ni enceñarme las camara pudieron. Los portones nunca, nunca, nunca estan arreglado osea no hay seguridad aqui para nada en unos apartamento de Lujo.

The value is not here. This complex is only worth 2/3 of the price. There are much better options around the area for reduced cost. Very disappointed in my choice to rent here instead of across the street.
