at AMP Lofts everything just works, the staff is responsive and friendly, and the community is mature, kind, and welcoming. I have had a great experience here this last year.

I am very happy with the leasing and property staff. It was very easy to communicate with everyone and everyone was very helpful.

AMP lofts is the first larger apartment building I have lived in. The amenities and service have made my first month a very enjoyable experience. I was very hesitant to to live anywhere near downtown when I first started searching for a new place, but the neighborhood is so great, conveniently located, and walkable, with lots of great businesses nearby. Maggie and the team have been so helpful and made me feel right at home. You can tell that AMP cares about creating the best living experience for their residents and catering to artists and creatives.

Maintenance request was met in a timely fashion and with clear communication.

Been here for a year now & AMPLOFT has been a wonderful place to live. The community is respectful & positive. The building is always kept clean smelling good by the team. Issues are always taken care with hrs. The gym is great place to be & workout & if you'll like to swim after the pool is only afew steps away. I will definitely renew my lease for sure.

Our leasing agent, Noah, gave us the best possible experience while applying and moving into Amp lofts. Everyone on the team went above and beyond.

I am a fairly new resident but so far living here has been excellent. Their maintenance and service team is fantastic, I can submit a request before I leave to work and by the time I arrive home the work has been completed. the maintenance work is also quality work. The leasing team is very helpful and my favorite part is how good the sound insulation is between apartments, i never hear a peep from any of my neighbors and vice versa which is great.

I have been living at AMP Lofts for about 2 weeks now and I have enjoyed my time here. Leasing staff, in particular, Noah, was always professional and helpful. As you walk around the AMP community it feels like a calm welcoming environment for the most part.

AMPLOFT has a friendly community. Walking through the building & around the premises people are nice & respectful. Also, every dog in the building has also been respectful. Love it here at the AMPLOFT.

I love AMP! I feel super safe here, everyone is friendly, and we’re walking distance from a lot of cool restaurants and shops. You get the downtown feel without the overwhelming amount of hustle and bustle.

Awesome place to be in the center of the Arts District with easy access to restaurants, coffeeshops, and other neighborhoods too!

I love living at AMP. I fell in love with this community when I saw it online and living here has met all my expectations. Management and maintenance are very prompt, friendly and courteous at all times, sometimes going out of their way to help you when you're in a bind. The property is beautiful with all the right amenities. The other tenants are very friendly which has helped me make new friends and meet interesting people outside my field of work. And its walking distance to great restaurants, bars, galleries and coffee shops. It's one of my favorite places I've lived in :)

Amp Lofts are well managed apartments and the entire staff is great.

I moved across the country and was a bit nervous about everything , but the moment I toured Amp lofts with Sam I felt a since of comfort . Sam has been so attentive and patient ( with all my questions and concerns) . I had an issue with my stove the day of my move in and by the next morning it was fixed! I highly recommend Amp lofts .

I’ve lived here for a year and half now and won’t be renewing my lease. The fire alarms are going off or being tested constantly which makes working from home (or even sleeping) impossible. The police have been here a number of times to deal with residents or people who have broken into the building and none of this gets acknowledged . It doesn’t seem like much soundproofing was done as I can hear the resident above me when they’re simply walking around and the pool is a full blown party on sundays so expect the sound to infiltrate your overpriced studio marketed as a loft.

AMP Lofts has a lot to offer in regards to amenities. It has a beautiful pool and gym. Other than that, parking needs better structure. There's no reason for other residents to park in additional spaces, especially when we have assigned parking.

I dont feel like typing thats how unsatisfied I recommended my boyfriend to lease here and he has a lot of issues as well. So no I dont recommend anyone. It sucks that I was excited to move to Dtla for my first time and dont get me wrong. Its a beautiful building but too many rules for residents but employees arent on point. I also find it awkward to have employees live in the building.

Overall tour, leasing application and move-in experience was really great. Thanks to the amazing leasing staff, especially Maggie and Sam, they answered all my many questions patiently at time of leasing. Loved the cleanly maintained amenities. Thanks to the maintenance staff too.

I like that the grounds are equal parts style and ease of use. So many facets of the resident experience have been thoughtfully conceived and executed. Additionally, the leasing team sets a collegial tone that appears to spread throughout the building. The residents here say hello to each other and are generally quite friendly, which is an unexpected bonus in Los Angeles.

I love living at AMP Lofts! The leasing and maintenance team are amazing, friendly and on top of things. The property is beautiful and well maintained. All the other tenants are friendly and creative in some way. Also its in a great location. The Alfred perks are great and convenient.

I moved to LA without being able to visit the property & only had a video tour to make my decision with. But Im so glad I chose to live here. When I came in person, my agent Sam (the best) made sure everything was taken care of before my move-in date & I fell in love with my place.

The staff is absolutely above and beyond. Very professional, have answers for any concern (and I mean- ANYTHING) and their patience is endless. They will explain everything and will make the moving in and the living here as easy as it could be. You really get a value for what you pay. Im so relieved I found this place for my family.

After touring several apartments in downtown, I knew from the time I booked my tour and had a conversation with Enrique this was the place we needed to be. I had an amazing experience touring several model homes. Enrique had so much patience with all of our questions. So much professionalism and friendlies with the team at AMP that you will not regret it. I look forward to getting to know the community and AMP hosting events for us.

Enrique went above and beyond to help me get settled. Truly an exceptional experience. Would give him and this property more than 5 stars if possible.

We haven’t moved yet but I must say that the experience till now was unbelievably perfect. The leasing agents are just above and beyond! Sam gave us a tour in the building. He was super professional and informative and had an answer to any question we had. He was sooo patient and humble, not pushing you to anything which made us feel comfortable to search around and take our sweet time to find our dreamy future apartment. Enrique also assisted us with guidance when we where debating what apartment to choose. He was super nice and human, and like I said before- just makes you feel comfortable. Every corner in the building is clean, the service is amazing and I can’t wait to call this place my home.

This is my 4th, and favorite, apartment since moving to LA. Back in October, I found out with two weeks notice that I would have to move out of my previous apartment. After a stressful few days of looking, I came across AMP Lofts. I scheduled a tour online for the next day and had the pleasure of meeting Enrique, my leasing agent. Enrique made the process smoother than I could’ve imagined. During my tour he showed me apartment after apartment until we found the PERFECT unit. From there, he was communicative and made the leasing process a breeze. He let me come take measurements of the unit before move-in, and made sure on move-in day, everything was ready. The day of my move, he’d helped me reserve the loading doc, moving carts, and the freight elevator. Moving has never been easier. Since then, Enrique has been available when I’ve locked myself out of the apartment, had any amenity questions, and truly gets to know the residents (and my dog, who looks for him every time we go downstairs). Apart from the great staff, the building itself is always well-maintained and clean. The building is also extremely safe and secure. The walls are well insulated (I’ve never used my heater), and I never hear my neighbors either. If you’re looking for a great apartment, in a great location, with friendly staff, definitely check out AMP Lofts

As one of the first people to live here I love it! Enrique made all the difference in my decision to live here because he treated me from day one like a person and not a renter. The maintenance staff is exceptional and the grounds are kept amazing at all times.

Enrique, one of the leasing agents at this facility, gave me the most informative and friendly tours I've received. The apartment is beautiful, the application process was a breeze and the current residents are so kind. Cannot wait to call this place my home!

I have not had too much experience in the community or within the amenities yet, but I look forward to providing a more detailed review after getting to experience them! So far we are most happy with the tour and leasing experience Enrique provided us with, and the overall layout and positioning of our unit. We look forward to experiencing more of what Amp lofts has to offer in the coming days!

While I ultimately withdrew my application (not because of any issue with Amp), I was extremely impressed with the property and their leasing team, specifically Sam. I am extremely detail-oriented and always have tons of questions. I spent 2.5 hours across 2 tours with Sam, he was such a pleasure to work with. He happily showed me every part of the property and answered all of the questions I had. Nothing but professionalism and positivity with him. And I know he worked quite hard on my application when I was not touring. He's quite possibly the best leasing agent I've ever worked with, so much so I honestly felt a bit guilty later withdrawing. However, he re-assured me it was totally fine and that I need to make the best decision for myself. This was very much appreciated on my end. Next time I need to look for a new apartment in Los Angeles, Amp Lofts is going to be right at the top of my list, and hopefully I'll get to work with Sam again.

enrique from the moment i called in was so helpful and accommodating. such amazing apartment complex. ive been so indecisive about my moving process but enrique and the team have been so great in aiding me along the way.

AMP Lofts has been a great place to live in DTLA thus far! The staff is very professional and kind. Kay was my agent and she did a fabulous job assisting me with the move and any questions I had. The amenities are great and AMP Lofts recently set up a reservation system so people can use the gym and other amenities. Also, AMP Lofts is VERY clean and I always see someone disinfecting the surfaces and theres a plethora of hand sanitizer stations throughout the complex. The smart home technology and the modern, luxurious apartment amenities are just amazing and very well designed. There is a two story underground garage as well. Safety is very important to me and theres patrols at night, and accessing the elevator or building requires specific keys/apps which I find AMP Lofts did a great job on. After researching over 100 apartment complexes in LA, AMP Lofts is the one that has everything I want and more. If anyone plans to move to Los Angeles, I would HIGHLY recommend them checking out AMP Lofts. The luxury, amenities, modern lifestyle, location and the fabulous and jovial staff are just impeccable.

My girlfriend and I recently moved into Amp Lofts and had the pleasure of working with Enrique to close on our apartment. Amp has all the amenities one could need while being located in the heart of the arts district. The staff is incredibly responsive to any issues and the community is friendly, young, and cool.

We toured the building because of its location and beautiful building features and the staff made it easy to tour and get through the leasing and move in process.

I've only been living at AMP Lofts for a few weeks, but so far our experience has been great! The apartment itself is beautiful, with so much attention put into even the smallest details. The smart home amenities are awesome, and it's quiet. Shout out to Joseph & Enrique from the leasing department, who both went above & beyond throughout the whole process. Couldn't be happier with choosing to make AMP Lofts our new home!

The staff prides themselves on doing the right thing. The design of the building and the amenities are phenomenal. Nothing in the apartment looks or feels cheap. There have been no gimmicks or unwanted surprises.

just now Today I went to get a tour AMP Lofts and let me tell you that if you want to have to most Honest and professional and most importantly informative you have to get a tour from ( Enrique) I have never had a pleasant experience and from the phone to in person. I am a very difficult person to deal with specially when I know that all the other places I have been in the DTLA area all they do is push you and if you say that your just wanting to check not wanting to move in yet they don't want to deal with you or they rush you out. Enrique response and attitude was the most welcoming and patient. When I told him that I looking for my friend not for me. He was not even bothered. He was very helpful and made sure to asked me all the questions that my friend may be interested. Little did he know that I was looking for my self. He really listen and really wanted to make have the best experience. And trust me i sure did. AMP LOFTS is really lucky to have him to represent the company and property. Make sure you ask for Enrique. You will not regret it

Awesome built, great location and amazing amenities!

Amp Lofts is a top notch building for those looking to have in all. As a photographer, I am right in the heart of the thriving creative scene in Los Angeles. I am able to use my studio space to generate business during the days, and in the evening, turn off the work and feel at home in the beautiful loft.

Lauren and her team worked really hard to get us into our new home. We are excited to spend more time in our new community.
