Ever since new management has taken over things have been wonderful! The office staff is accommodating and helpful through every crisis. Maintenance is always quick to come fix anything that’s needed! I highly recommend staying here!

We apologize that your experience with our community has been anything less than exceptional. Our team is committed to providing stellar service to all who walk through our doors and we are sorry to learn that we fell short of your expectations. This place was built in the 70’s and it shows. I maybe still have the same kitchen cabinets and countertops from then because it’s sinking in and the corners are seperating. The inside and outside of the cabinets are stained. The dishwasher are so old. I have the same toilet from the 70’s because the date is stamped in the bowl. I’m pretty sure it’s the same shower because the knobs are rusted and peeling. Both the tub themselfs is 3 different stained colors of grossness. There was mold in the tiles and my shower backed up constantly from the super old plumbing. The air vents have rust on it and absolutely no light in the closets. I’m not even sure my apt is safe because the floor in my bedroom and stairs dips down. They did not clean my place when I moved in. I had to hire cleaners to come and recleaned my place. Even the cleanser said my carpet was discussing and they offered to come back for a second time to clean more because they felt bad.
