I’ve been living at AMLI Grapevine for a while now and have really enjoyed it. The community is quiet, well-kept, and the maintenance team is quick to respond when something needs attention. The location is a big plus; close to Main Street with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful, which makes things easy. At my age, I appreciate how safe and convenient everything feels here.
Been here 5 months and love it. Katie made moving in super easy and Ariel helped me hang my TV mount. He was fast, knew what he was doing, and cool to talk to. Place is clean, quiet, neighbors are chill. I can walk to Main Street for coffee or live music, brewery next door and the lake is close too. No complaints.

After living in a house for decades, I didn’t know what to expect from apartment life. I’ve toured a lot of places in the area and none of them came close to my experience at AMLI Grapevine. The office was clean, the team was professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. They didn’t rush me, answered all my questions, and made me feel like they actually wanted me there. The community is spotless and well cared for. While I was leaving, I ran into a resident in the parking lot who couldn’t stop talking about how much they love living here. That kind of says it all. If you’re looking for a place that checks all the boxes and then some, this is it!

First of all, when we had Robert and Chris as managers, this apartment was better and more personalized. They listened to residents from their heart. My experience with this apartment went down the hill after 2 years of living at (AMLI) and 1 year (Aura 444). When it was Aura 444, it was well taken care of. I have just spoken to a new manager and it was disappointing in many ways, unpleasant conversation with the current manager which made me feel I want to write the whole truth of living. There are two elevators in B Building, one of the elevators which holds more people failed to operate from May to September in 2023. A small elevator which is next to the leasing office was the only one which was operating, therefore, we had to use stairs. During the first lease, this elevator stopped operating for a few weeks. If you physically count on the elevator, I would highly consider living closer to the one next to leasing office as the other failed to operate a few times during my lease. There is no compensation from the apartment and we were pretty told as if it’s a minor inconvenience. This caused residents stepping off on the wrong floor. Two people trying to open my door was quite scary. This only happened when one of the elevator was not operating. In the end of November, this elevator failed to operate for over night, thankfully, 1-2 days. If you live on the top floor, it’s tough in summer without both elevators working. Recently, security key fob interface failed to work a few times, some residents and I were locked out of the apartment till 3 or 4 am and thankfully somebody called police for us to rescue. It was affordable when I moved in. Rent is not negotiable, first year was over 22 percent increase and it gradually increased. Most of the time, it’s quiet and residents are quieter and considerate. Leasing agents are quick to respond. I enjoyed a a few years of living until 2023. (Aura 444 and AMLI) I do not get what I pay for is my true review for 2023.

I moved in Dec 2019. Almost immediately, I noticed that I had a very noisy neighbor. As in, her stereo was highly audible in my apartment and the hallway. Despite the fact that I sent irrefutable proof of this to the leasing office, no meaningful action was taken by property management. As such, I was forced to move into another unit. This included incurring all related costs (movers, $500 transfer fee, etc). Unknown to me until after I moved out, the utility billing system did not make the switch over in a timely manner, and as such, my bills (which I always paid on time and in full) were 60-90 days behind (so in March 2020, I paid the January 2020 charges). This left me with a very nasty and unexpected $250 utility bill due upon move out. Given that management is unwilling to provide a pleasant experience for its residents and incapable of basic administration, I would recommend avoiding this complex and renting elsewhere.
The location is appealing. They have a great front office and it is well kept.
This place is corporate housing at its worst. With the exception of Abigail, the staff are pure Corporate America company "yes" men. The amount of nickel and diming that goes on is staggering. Once you move out they continue to hit you for charges, some of which are ridiculous (like replacing 300 sg ft of carpeting because our 10 lb dog had a small accident -- and charging $500!). While the place itself is fine, there are tons of rules and, again, the fees are absurd. Trash fees ($25/month!), water delivery fees, electricity delivery fees, fees if you use a credit card, administrative fees, etc. The list is almost endless. Do yourself a favor and find a place that charges one fee for everything except utilities; you won't be as unpleasantly surprised as we were (and you avoid the "trailing" fees after you move out). Thoroughly disappointing experience...
This review is based on my initial experience at the property. My husband and I went to view this property and was greeted by Lina. She took her time to answer all our questions while giving us a tour of this amazing property. The pictures don't do this place justice, the grounds are modern and immaculate. Although we were only able to see a 1 bedroom model apartment, Lina accommodated us by sending us apartment videos of the units we were interested in and placed us on a waiting list. If you are looking to move to Downtown Grapevine check out Aura Four44, I promise you won't be disappointed. P.S Ask for Lina
Unlike anything else Grapevine has to offer. An apartment community that feels like you are living in a hotel with maintenance that is helpful. I am happy I stumbled upon this community
