Property Ratings at AMLI Addison
My wife and I were one of the first people to move into AMLI Addison and it was wonderful. We were told rent prices wouldnt change because they dont offer discounts. Since we moved in that has changed and it has brought questionable residents into the community. The pool use to be an enjoyable experience but now its like a Vegas pool club with most of the people in the pool not residents of AMLI. Parking use to be available but now if I dont get parking on my floor by 5PM I have to park elsewhere or outside due to lack of reinforcement of towing or letting guests in. Management staff use to be great but overtime it has become a dictatorship of all talk and nothing getting done such as car stickers being monitored. I use to recommend AMLI to anyone and everyone who would listen to me or wanted recommendations but now I do not feel that way since new management has come in.
I love this place and its location! The people here are all so nice (both staff and residents) and the amenities are great. Nothing is perfect, of course, and this place has its odd quirks like anywhere else... but this place is easily the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Thanks AMLI!

Moving from 1800 miles away during a pandemic is always stressful, but Audrey gave us confidence in AMIL Addison during our virtual tour that this was going to be where we called home and we couldn't be happier. The facilities as well our apartment has lived up to our expectations.
I have enjoyed my time at Amli Addison, moving in during the pandemic was stressful, and not being able to interact face to face with the staff was unusual but everyone was very kind and professional.
Solid all-around, not perfect but no horror stories. It's pretty expensive, you're paying for the location (right next door to an open field where you can throw together a game of backyard football or something, five minute walk to downtown Addison, which is a cool neighborhood) and the fact that the building is very new. Two minor issues I had were the size of the parking garage (if you have a sedan or smaller SUV you'll be fine, but I drive a larger pickup truck and it's a bit of a tight squeeze. Doable, but tight) and the toilets. We have two toilets, and they probably combine to clog about four times a week. Nothing bad, goes away with a few good plunges, but you might want to get used to plunging if you move here.
Everything I learned about and saw during my tour is exactly how it is now after I moved in. Everything is great!
The AMLI Addison is my first apartment ever the experience from the application process to the lease agreement to the moving in process has been phenomenal. These apartments are on top of it our office is on top of informing the residents of any kind of updates and the maintenance team is always making sure the building and outside areas are very clean. I am a proud resident and very very happy with everything the AMLI has offered.

Living at the AMLI Addison has been amazing! I have been incredibly impressed by the amenities offered in addition to how much of a family like atmosphere there is here.

The AMLI Addison community is more than a community it's home. My dog passed away suddenly less than a week after moving in. Not only did AMLI Addison refund any and all pet fees no, they surprised me with Tiffs Treats. Just knowing they care solidified my choice to move to this property.
I cant say enough nice things about how helpful and accommodating the AMLI Addison staff have been. The apartments and floor plans are gorgeous, great quality, and have great modern finishes. The location is perfect and theres quick access to many stores as well as being walking distance to Addison Circle. Truly a great overall place to live.

Being an amli resident for over two years in a different state and just moving amli Addison I got to say, its so different. Its been a rough start but Im trying not to let it get the best of me. The complex is still under construction and its has many amenities on hold due to that. I wouldve hope that at least by know things would be getting a bit better or improved. Ive been in this complex for two months now and I was told that the trash chute would be available to use on my floor possibly around the time I moved in, its a little frustrating because it hasnt been that way. I also that when you file a maintenance report you would have someone come the same day like the amli I used to live in did before. They were so quick and helpful. Not rushing a tenant at the time of move in would be a change that can improve too.
Beautiful property, friendly office staff, fantastic interior finishes and floor plans.
AMLI has been great and especially for those in the student grind like myself. In my doctorate of Chiropractics program and this apartment complex has been serving me greatly in that the business office is open 24/7! My wife and I love the cleanliness to the facility interior and exterior and just the location of Addison works for both her and I.
