Our updated apartments feature modern wood grain flooring, new quartz kitchen countertops, new quartz bathroom countertops, new sinks, new ceiling fan, and new bathroom flooring. The kitchen comes complete with gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Other features include vertical blinds, central AC/heating, gas fireplace, balcony, trash chutes on each floor, 1 tandem parking space in a gated garage (2 cars) for a 2-bedroom unit, one single spot for a 1-bedroom unit. Shared laundry - 4 washers / 4 dryers on site. Building has onsite manager. We are located just 3 miles from the beach, 1 mile from 10 and 405 FWY, close to Trader Joe's, Ralph's, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, LA Fitness and much more in Santa Monica. Security deposit starts at $1,500 on approved credit. Owner pays water and trash, tenant pays gas and electric. We welcome most dogs under 25lbs, no other pets are considered. Applications are accepted in paper form at the property.
