We’ve lived in these apartments for almost 8 years now and they’re great! It’s quiet due to being surrounded by houses and safe being next to an elementary school. Josh in maintenance is especially fantastic! Incredibly nice, knowledgeable, efficient and super prompt when problems arise. He does his job really well and takes really good care of the property. He absolutely cares about the property and its residents. He’s one of the reasons we’ve stayed here for so long. The whole staff is great, you can’t go wrong joining this community

I just moved her about 2 months ago and love it. The apartment is spacious and the vinyl flooring goes perfect with my furniture. Office and maintenance have been quick to fix any issues that I had. A little more than I intended to spend but definitely worth the price.

I moved into these apartments about a week before Christmas and I'm very happy with my decision. I have a small upstairs apartment which has met my needs and I especially like the kitchen with the new appliances. My neighbors have also been friendly and outgoing. I had an issue with the toilet running and management addressed this very quickly. They also helped run some cables beneath the carpet to accommodate my home work needs. I'm very glad that I choose Amherst Apartments!

I have had continued maintenance issues since living here that have not been resolved. Pet owners dont pick up dog poop. No community events. Tenants do not socialize with you.

I love Apartment it very quiet over here being here sent July 2018. Office very nice and maintenance fix thing very fast. Complex they keep it neat and clean.

I moved here in June, and the location and layout are great. It's not fancy, but it meets my needs, and the price is affordable. One factor in my decision on this place is the fact that the same management has been in place for many years. This is remarkable for an apartment community. The grounds are taken care of and my requests have been answered promptly. Alissa is very professional and responsive to emails and phone calls, which makes life easier. If I could change anything, I'd prefer hard floor surfaces throughout instead of carpet because hard floors are easier to keep clean for those of us with allergies and asthma. I'd like the hard flooring in the kitchen and baths throughout the apartment, so for now, I vacuum often and hope that one day soon I'll be on the list for carpet removal. If you don't need glitzy amenities and just a cozy home, check out Amherst.
