The location is amazing and there are many shopping place nearby. The community and amentities are beautiful such as new kitchen appliances and lights. It is pretty cool that lots of amenities such as gym, swimming pool, and basketball room for residents to play at rental office. The office staff and maintenance guy are very kindly.

The only things I’m dissatisfied with are the apartment pricing and the attitude of the office staff. Everything else is fair or average. Each year, the renewal increase feels higher than what’s reasonable, especially compared to other apartment communities. Even nearby townhomes and houses don’t increase this much. Also, the office staff are not friendly or welcoming.

Our family stayed in this apartment for a sabbatical year. We chose it because of its proximity to a Korean market and our son's school, as well as the security in Fullerton. Initially, we were somewhat disappointed because the apartment differed greatly from those in Korea. We lived on the 28th floor of a 53-story building, with each floor housing three apartments and serviced by four high-speed elevators. It was our first experience with a wooden structure, painted walls, and carpeted floors. The most challenging aspect was the noise; the windows and walls provided little sound insulation. However, we now view these differences as characteristic of the United States compared to Korea, shaped by the distinct climates and cultures of each country. We consider ourselves fortunate to have lived in a well-maintained and comfortable apartment, which we plan to recommend to colleagues contemplating sabbaticals like ours. Even upon our return to Korea, our family will miss this place—the well-maintained garden with its unique trees, and the warm greetings from all the staff. We sincerely appreciate your assistance.

I just move here for a few days and this place is very good. The leasing consultant and apartment manager help me a lot in leasing apartment. The maintainence person is very kindly and always on any question that I have. The location is walking distance to shop and restaurant. It is very convinent and nice.

This is a very comfortable place to live in. Very nice management, nice neighborhood, quiet neighbors, and nice apartments. There were some damaged items in the start of the move in but they fixed the problems relatively quickly.

Amerige Pointe is one of the best places my family has lived in the last five years. Not only is the staff hard-working, but also the maintenance crew responds quickly to any issues inside the apartment. Knowing that there are multiple grocery stores, Gold’s Gym, and restaurants walking distance from our apartment, makes this place better than any other place that my family and I have lived. Leased an apt for with Amerige in early May for move in in mid June. I received confirmation that lease was accepted about a week after we applied. A few days later I received an email from them stating that my application was denied?!?!? I called them immediately to see what the issue was and I could not get a straight answer. I spoke to 4 different people and got 4 different answers. After a few days of trying to get to the bottom of the issue I just gave up. Honestly, we weren't too excited to move here in the first place. The Manager (wish I got her name) was unfriendly and smug. At this point I just wanted my holding deposit back. Its been two weeks now and no refund! I contacted my bank this morning and issued a charge back for the transaction.

With the experience of renting apartments from several large brands, The Amerige Pointe, where I currently reside among the Greystar Apartment Group, is one of the best overall. As emphasized in feedback many times, the professionalism of the office staff and the quick problem solving and service of the maintenance team are so great. And the school district around the apartment is by far the top of Orange County. I am very satisfied with my life here, and of course I have plans to extend my rental lease term!

Awesome location, spacious units but only one closet, staff is outstanding, they are fixing recent package and mail issues, if noise is an issue for you than pick a unit away from noisy Gilbert St and on top floor, parking is difficult without covered space or garage, pool/BBQ area is outstanding and very clean

We have only a dozen units that face Gilbert, however, the remaining units (nearly 300) are on the interior of the community and some are facing our park. I have lived here for 3 years and have really enjoyed it. The buildings and amenities are nice and clean and the staff are friendly and responsive. The complex and surrounding shopping center and neighborhood are beautiful and accessible. Overall a great place to live!
