Needs to be a zero star option. Management team is a complete joke and will rent to the biggest scumbags. Absolutely no security whatsoever. Half the main doors don’t lock. Management refuses to fix them or any other issues you will have. Cops are here every single day. That’s how nice it is.

Scheduled a tour with them through their website. Conversed all week to confirm appointment, after driving from out of state, I was met with a rude leasing agent that stated I DID NOT have an appointment. I was actually scheduled by Tess, their AI Assistant. Someone was already prepared to rent the unit they refused to show and a whole day off work was wasted. BEWARE

This place is crazy expensive, the fire alarm has gone off 3 times this week, and "management" never follows through on a single issue. People have been parking along a fence for at least the past 2 years and we get harassing emails weekly about how those will be towed, but it never happens. They just block paths into the parking and cause dangerous blind spots. We get near daily emails telling us the various rules everyone is breaking, but nothing is ever enforced. The only decent thing about the place is maintenance is generally quick to respond, but even then we had a hole in our roof that had to be patched 3 or 4 times and had water damage inside our apartment from it that they have just ignored. Live anywhere else if at all possible.

Poorly managed. Thin walls. Expensive utilities. Only thing positive is that it looks nice.

It's got new appliances, and looks pretty. Parking is not really an issue, and there is a maintenance staff. The office staff seems nice enough. But if you value quiet, look somewhere else. You can hear everything. Neighbors music, anybody anywhere in the hallway, upstairs neighbors simply existing, toilets, dogs who need nails clipped, someone opening a cabinet, etc. Maybe the older apartments are good, but the new renovations are extremely cheaply made and seem to have no insulation. They could have dropped the ceiling by a foot and fixed all of it, with plenty of space. On top of that, check your door before you sign up. Many of them leave a gap of an inch or more between the ground, enough for any random person to get their hand under your door. So much for luxury living!
