Amelia Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at this property. The residence is well-maintained, clean, and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The layout is functional and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and all the amenities I needed.

Living at Amelia Apartments has been a great experience! The staff is friendly and responsive, the community is clean and quiet, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I feel safe and comfortable here highly recommend it!

Honestly it’s been very pleasant! The only complain I have is I can’t find parking near the apt sometimes and the barking from the neighbor’s dogs, but there’s not much I can do about that lol, it feels like we live in a hotel most of the time (in a good way)

The parking is not so good a lot of non residents parking never see a car being towed out from the community the water pressure from the kitchen sink is not strong I have spoke to maintenance and they say that’s normal but the parking is my most concern the maintenance is great always clean and grass nice and cut just parking

After 2 years of Living here, I realized that this place is actually very expensive for very small space and very little amenities. Also, last year my car was stolen and the Cameras were not working so we couldn’t get the culprit. There are Way better apartments with better security and so many amenities for the same price or a bit lower. I wouldn’t waste my time here.

Excellent, I've been here for almost 2 years and I think it's spectacular, super quiet, the gym, the clubhouse, the pool, green areas and maintenance staff.

The Hallways Are Always Dirty! There is dog waste everywhere. Neighbors are Loud, The amenities are most of the time closed or under reparations. Some if equipments in the gym are not working.

I really enjoy living here. The community is quiet. Don't have routy neighbors. Love the fact that it's gated. Love the fact that it's very centralized, have shopping, gas station & grocery nearby

Very nice, relaxing apartments to live in. From the office staff, to the residents I can say you will feel like your home is a vacation. I totally reccommend!

We lived at Ameila for 4 years and it has been great. We rarely had interactions with the Leasing Office, which is great. They are professional and fair. I would recommend Ameila Apartments as a good place to live.

I have a very good experience in this condominium Amelia apartments, I like its pool, gym, its new entertainment room with pool table, its tranquility. The truth is I feel very comfortable living here.

Amelia Apartments is a fabulous place to call home. it’s a gated community with amazing amenities and outstanding staff. Pet friendly and affordable.

So far everything is great including the move. The staff was very helpful during the entire moving experience. Really enjoying our new place so far.

I do enjoy living here. The only thing that is a little bothersome is the fact that Dog owners DO not pick up after their dogs, so there have been times that it smells in green áreas & my son has even stepped on while going to the pool. Some residents drive really really fast and are not conscious of people walking to their car or their home. A few friends have had trouble trying to get into the gate because there are so many cars parked where you input the gate code. A bit frustrating. There are a few cars that are "permanently" parked in 1 spot, I believe those should be moved elsewhere to give priority to residents that are in and out on a day to day basis.

I love to live here I only find a couple things wrong one is the amount of cars and no parking near my apartment when I get home due to I think a lot of cars that don’t belong inside the complex also there should be a bench put to sit down around the play ground

It’s not been a wonderful experience living here, my bicycles were stolen, and nobody see anything neither the cameras at the front or at the exit of the complex, the neighbors are noisy!

Elizabeth was so helpful with my mother’s move-in process!! She’s amazing and cares for her tenants. The rental community is always maintained clean.

The place was very clean and the staff were very professional and polite. They were amazing when it comes to explaining the lease and how all the amenities works.

The staff has been beyond helpful, and the community always remains clean. I love that they even do community activities and bring in food trucks for the late night munchies. Apartments are modern and spacious. Probably renewing my lease for the next couple of years lol.

Everything very good,the only thing the parking spots, so busy sometimes i have to park very far and i am disable. The condominium is very clean. They take very good care of common areas.

Great buildings and amenities. Totally recommend! The gym, clubhouse and pool are always in great shape every time I visit. When you email the staff they always answer and are willing to help.

Amazing place to live! The facilities are clean, the entire complex ia always kept up. The administration always goes out of their way to assist in any possible way. They also have food trucks come on by at night which is a nice treat!

Honestly such a bad experience living here so many problems and the management never helps with any of those issues and there’s always something going on the neighbors are playing music day and night and have no respect for others

Great place to live. Safety is a big part of it. Maintenance is always on top of any request you may have. Never had any issues with the management.

I absolutely love it here! Love the amenities the building comes with such as the pool, the gym, and the lounge area. Super quiet apartment building, you will have no issues with noise. Everyone is super respectful here!
