Amberwood Apartments are an exceptional place to raise your family. Send your kids to the best schools,. Amberwood has two pools, two weight rooms, a tennis court two dog parks, 8 acres of beautiful wooded scenic trails – you are right next to the highway, right next to the best shopping, right next to the best schools. The community is all inclusive – it doesn’t matter where you come from, what you look like, or who you are everybody is welcome that makes this place very special!

I lived at Amberwood (when one section was Bennington Woods) for 5 years prior to the pandemic. This fall I returned. It still has a small community feeling with the best location in town!

Just a day after leaving the appartment, went back to get my mail and I was expecting very important document and I told the property manager about my documents coming in. She said that I can go next day to get my mail. When I went there my mail box was open and nothing was there. Asked them why the mail box is open, they keep telling me we don't know, In fact that they are the only people that has my key. Not mentioning the insects and bugs in the appartment. It was a nightmare living at this property very poor management. They will do everything to put you at fault for their careless and unprofessional behavior.

Amberwood is a great place to live. Safe area. I've had a few issues since I've moved in, but the people in the front office have been pretty good about getting everything resolved in a timely manner. Old front office people weren't as attentive as the ones now. Not the cheapest area to live, but for a good apartment in Cary, it's not bad at all. Jasmine is very helpful and willing to do what it takes to keep the customer happy. When it comes to maintenance, Jason is the man. Him and his guys are extremely helpful and professional, and was always there to fix the issues I had in my apartment.
This place is HORRIBLE! Run while you still can!! I have lived here less than one month. ONE. Month. The sinks don't drain, the disposal didn't work, half my power outlets don't work, they didn't clean the apartment before I moved in. When they hired painters to come and paint the exterior, they left a colossal mess on my balcony, didn't tell anyone they were painting super early in the morning so I got covered in paint when I opened my front door, painted my balcony door shut (to the point where it broke when I tried opening it), and the best part? They used my outlet, off my balcony, for THREE DAYS to power their tools. Amberwood said they'd handle it, never heard anything back. My door doesn't close, my daughter's door doesn't close, and when I went to open my blinds to show her the rain, the entire thing crashed down on us. When I called the leasing office to talk to someone in charge, a woman said, "This is Cynthia." No professional introduction whatsoever. When I vocalized my concerns she said, "I'll send someone over to fix the blinds." Really. REALLY? Living in your apartments has been a veritable freakin death trap and you're gonna fix the blinds?? Thanks lady. Turns out she's the "regional director," so that makes her especially inefficient. If you value your sanity and want to get the most for your money, LIVE ELSEWHERE!!
The apt is amazing the grounds and facilities are kept up with very well and the staff is very help and on the ball about everything over all the nicest apartment I've lived in so far
Very nice office staff and nice community. Hot tub and pool with putting green and tennis courts my son and I like to use for fun.
Apartment looked nice when we moved in but it was all cover up to mold, water leaks, drafty windows and such. Cheap cover ups & rent is way to high
