I took a tour with Randy and I didn’t have an appointment. She was fast and friendly and gave me all the information I need. I like that she knew the residence when they came in without having to look up their information. She seems to know a lot about the property and the people that live there. Snow can paralyze an apartment community. But our maintenance team was having NONE of that. During the Jan 2025 snow storms our guys were out before the sun came up to salt all walkways and stairs. They plowed the walkways many times through out the day to prevent accumulation and ice. I'm pretty sure they worked 24 hours straight to make sure we could move around safely through out the community They didn't take a break until the snow stopped, and continued to salt and prevent ice for many weeks after wards as the snow melted during the day and then froze again at night. This is a very accurate example of the the dedication that our Maintenance team has to our community. I am so grateful for them and the entire management team!

I’ve loved it so far living at Amberton. The staff is always quick to respond and are very understanding. The mainetence staff is incredibly quick to come by and fix any issue you report it’s amazing how quickly they respond! There’s never been more than a 24 hour period before they’ve come in to look at what issues I have. Trash removal service is great, gym is pretty good as well compared to most I’ve seen! Only thing to be careful of is the towing, the company they hire for towing is very quick to tow if a car is parked in visitor for even a second over the 24 hour period. I recommend if there’s even a chance of having a visitor for more than a day get a parking pass for them or have them park on the street outside the complex so there’s not a chance of towing. Even if it’s not 24 hours straight but it’s there between 7pm-7am two days they’ll tow!!

First off, the management staff and maintenance team is outstanding! Maintenance is always available and I haven’t gone more than two hours without an answer or it is already fixed! Management is very helpful and so personable. We love all of the events they put on for the residence and they do everything they can to help us feel “at home”. The location is also great! The complex is secluded off of the main road and the landscaping and attention to the outside is fabulous. Most of all, parking is amazing! Never have to fight for a spot in front of my apartment and they do everything they can to ensure non-residents are not using the spaces. Love Amberton!

Manager Kim and Assistant Manager Randi have been very professional and helpful from the start. They have both responded promptly to any questions or concerns that I have. The Maintenance Team has also responded quickly to my work order requests. I'm a new tenant, so I'm just getting to know the property. I like that my bedroom and dining room windows have a nice view of some green grass, and tall, leafy trees. The very large windows are also appealing!

I've only lived at Amberton for a week and a half but I love it already! The dog park and outdoor grill has been especially wonderful this time of year, and I love how kids play outside every day. The office staff is very helpful and thoughtful of working tenants and their availability. I appreciate the way the office staff accommodated me with scheduling the Spring inspection and the Pest Control Visit for days I could be home from work, even though they let me know I did not have to be home, but I wanted to be. The maintenance staff are friendly and questions are handled promptly. The grounds are kept clean, the grass and flowers planted are maintained nicely. My experience as a tenant has been positive and I enjoy the quiet of my apartment.

The apartment complex itself is nice. Fairly clean and quiet for the most part. Only down side is it's really close to some not great neighborhoods which can get sketchy.

Fantastic! Love the dog park. The outdoor patio area is very spacious. In a great area, with lots of things to do near by. Kim is very professional and helpful.

Amberton has been a great and peaceful place to live. The community is close to all, it is kept clean and up to date when the weather changes. There are monthly events and gatherings to keep neighbors together. Any issues that might arise, are quickly handled and fixed. Kim, Laura and Julio are amazing !

Everyone in the office is always really helpful and friendly! Quiet neighborhood and good amenities! Apartment gym is usually not busy so it’s nice to get a workout in over there

I liked the actual space. The maintenance guys were great. Now that I don't have it, the valet trash removal was nice too. But there are a LOT of rules and someone is in your apartment almost every month it seems for one reason or another. And when moving out they stiffed me on almost $200 by saying my last payment was late (it wasn't and I have proof) and no amount of entreaty on part is getting it back. I thought about suing, but its a lot of trouble since it's quite a drive for me now.

Nice place, like the space The maintenance is very efficient and kind. The location is very important because everything is close by and you can go and grab whatever you need without driving so far.
