I absolutely love living at Altitude! It's like a dream come true. The safety of the neighborhood and community are of utmost importance to me and this place delivers! I feel completely secure and safe here. And the neighborhood is incredible. Downtown Golden just a few blocks away, so many restaurants and shops, etc. It's just a wonderful community and I absolutely recommend it to anyone and everyone looking for a beautiful, fun, and safe place to live.

I'm so happy to live at Altitude. Management team are very friendly and very professional. Maintenance Team is top notch! Feels so good to call this my home so close to the mountains with hiking trails around the corner and walking distance to Golden. Lots of privacy and very quiet. Thank you Altitude!

Most recent maintenance work involved cabinet door repair, kitchen/bathroom joint recaulking, clearance of a stopped drain and servicing of ceiling smoke detectors.

The Altitude Apartments are in a great location in downtown Golden. The units are reasonably priced for this area, and the staff is terrific!

I would give it a 5 out of 5, as I’m very happy with everything about altitude from office management to maintenance, very supportive staff on both ends

We have been renting at Altitude for about 10 years and overall very satisfied. It's an excellent location, beautiful views, very nice neighbors, excellent maintenance and staff. I would recommend living here, absolutely!

We have been residents here for over 2 years, and we are extremely pleased with our experience at Altitude. The property is well maintained, any issues are fixed promptly, the general communications to residents are prompt and clear, and the local property management is top-notch. In particular, Lynne is an extremely professional and reasonable property manager. I've seen various apartment property management approaches, and at Altitude they do it right.

Lynn and Chase are the best front office team. They respond to all requests and make sure my concerns are met with maximum effort at all times! Furthermore, the entire maintenance team, led by Eddie, is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive to all maintenance concerns. I highly recommend Altitude to all prospective renters!

What I enjoy most about living at Altitude is the strong sense of community and the support from the management team. Chayce and Lynn have been exceptional in ensuring a comfortable living experience by addressing any concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Their dedication to resident satisfaction truly makes Altitude feel like home

This property is very clean and welcoming. Ample parking and activities. Homes are well maintained and reasonably priced.

I’ve had a very positive experience at Altitude Apartments! Most of the tenants are very friendly and the maintenance team is consistently professional and prompt. There is a lot of turnover in property managers, but almost all of them—including the current one, Lynn—have been competent and friendly. I’ve been here twelve years! The only significant problem I’ve encountered is in getting an effective response to the occasional unruly tenant.

Altitude Apartments office and maintenance are very responsive and always are professional. It’s been an exceptional place to call home.

I’ve been at Altitude for over twelve years. It has always been, in my opinion, the best rental location in town! The current management and maintenance team is excellent!

We have lived in different apartment complexes where maintenance took over two months to fix things. We were absolutely shocked that maintenance came same day and resolved our issue. We love living here and the fact the staff actually listens and responds to concerns makes it that much better.

Pricey, but good apartments usually are. Great location and well-built units. Maintenance crew response is prompt and professional. I am not happy with the continual property manager changes and a few add-on monthly fees. Very few tenants require or use the “valet trash service”, but everyone is charged $25-30/mo. Regular large trash bins which are located near each group of units are sufficient for most of the residents without the extra charge. Parking fees have been added and the additional monitoring has done little to change the often crowded lots. I can only speak for the property where I live, off of Washington (the other half is off of Rubey, by Mitchell Elementary). But, given the reports I see on other apartments in Golden, this one exceeds them in value—especially for our four-plex designed units without upstairs or downstairs neighbors. If you can afford the rent, it’s a great complex. I’ve been here twelve years, and aside from a few “crazy” neighbors from time to time, I’ve been very satisfied overall!

This property is a true gem. The location is absolutely perfect. Beautiful views and easy access to both I70 and 6th Avenue so easy to get to the Denver area and the mountains in no time at all.

Absolutely terrible management and lease signing process, dirty upon move-in, but was fixed quickly. I have been told it has changed since I moved in so maybe things will get better. Great location. Too expensive for the quality of the apartment.

Altitude Maintenance in Golden has always been prompt, courteous, and effective. It takes the sting out of the high rent fees, but overall makes living at Altitude very satisfying.

Our community is so beautiful and at the perfect location to enjoy the gorgeous views and easy access to the city. We are close to both highway 6 and highway 58.

SO many beautiful views at this apartment complex and SO close to downtown Golden. These apartments are a hidden gem! They are updated and have the most amazing location. There are very close trails that connect to North Table so there's hiking in your backyard. The management is wonderful (Sandra especially). My fiancé and I lived there and love it! Same with our guests that would come visit! We highly recommend living there, you won't regret it!!

I think the location is out of the way for the ones who would be able to afford it--hence the one docked point. Otherwise, looking great so far.

Price is a bit steep compared to the amenities and value of the actual unit. But we do really enjoy living here and hope to stay as long as we are in golden.

I loved my apartment. I loved the 2 story, 1.5 bath, my view, enough storage, quiet, friendly, location. New management was an improvement.

We love living here. The apartments are beautiful and very well designed. We very rarely hear any noise from our neighbors and vice versa. The community feels relatively safe with the exception of the parking lot being a frequent place of car break ins.

It?s very expensive, maintenance doesn?t get completed in a timely fashion, and too many people smoke. Our apartment always smells like smoke.

The community overall Is nice but a little sterile. The rent is on the high side of market. The gym could be much better. The location is great.
