Alta Wren is a beautiful community with friendly neighbors, a welcoming and informative office team, and a quick and efficient service team. Nothing is perfect, but Alta Wren definitely delivers something pretty close to it! Location is great, especially with the convenience of walking to get your groceries or grabbing a bit to eat from the multiple restaurants in the surrounding area.

Alta Wren is a great community to live in. I am a resident here for almost 3 years and am happy with my choice to move here. They offer many events every month, including Zumba every other Wednesday. There are many places in the common areas where you can sit and relax, or workout in the gym. Many stores are within walking distance.

Great community that we've lived in for about 3 years. Several complete staff changes and lots of different "neighbors" that come and go but the overall quality of the facilities, services, and communication has remained very good to excellent. Even under recent "new management", things still seem to be handled well with perhaps even more "community activities". I also think the size of Alta Wren (not too small, not too big) helps keep most residents stay "neighborly", perhaps in a way that people in a town might be nicer than in a big city.

One of the best aparments in the RTP area . Raleigh is just 20 mins and RDU airport is 10 mins drive . Well maintained and lively community with lots of social gathering organised by the Management . The management is considerate and responsive . Many restaurants , grocery stores and trails are in walking distance . Highly recommended ??

This is a beautiful property with amazing amenities and is walkable distance to many eateries , grocery stores , trails etc . We have been residing at Alta Wren for almost two years and I have to say it truly feels like home to live here. Not only the apartment is fabulous (the kitchen has modern and the top notch cabinets, and granite countertops), but also the building has great amenities that are always keep clean and well maintained. Truly this property as a whole is well maintained and super clean. Besides we have the best maintenance team which always provide (in a timely matter) impeccable service and repairs (when necessary). Overall, my experience in the community was exceptional, with its beautiful surroundings and the friendly and accommodating office staff. The location was also ideal, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, transportation, and schools. However, there was one issue that arose during my move-out. The maintenance team attempted to charge me for carpet damage that existed prior to my residency at Alta Wren. I wanted to share my experience and bring awareness that it is important to inspect the carpet thoroughly before taking over the residence by lifting the carpet and ensuring that the carpet is in good condition and that there are no prior stains concealed beneath it.

Alta Wren is a safe place to live in. I have been living here over 2 years now and am very happy. The management has many fun and exciting events for the residents. Both the maintenance and office staff are very professional and competent in their duties. There are many stores within walking distance and also walking trails to enjoy.

Good community with the best staff in the area. While some places might be a bit fancier, newer, or even cheaper, it's the amazing staff and respectful fellow residents that keeps us here year over year. So often, the only good apt experience is the sales process. While that's certainly fine here, the staff really stand out once you've moved in. If you are looking for a nice apartment without most of the headaches you typically have to deal with at apartment complexes (inattentive mgt, neglected common areas, community rules not being observed), this might be the place for you.
