Alta Wren is a beautiful community with friendly neighbors, a welcoming and informative office team, and a quick and efficient service team. Nothing is perfect, but Alta Wren definitely delivers something pretty close to it! Location is great, especially with the convenience of walking to get your groceries or grabbing a bit to eat from the multiple restaurants in the surrounding area.

Clean and well-maintained common areas and Effective communication about community updates, events, and policies fosters trust and a sense of being well-informed. Leasing staff Julia help you all the way to clarify your doubts with lot of patience.

best bang for the buck A would renew again i think my cats would too but alas! my wife will make that decision, not us.

Alta Wren is a great community to live in. There are many events for the residents and the office and maintenance staff are very friendly and perform their duties very well. I have not had any issues that were not taken care of quickly.

Alta Wren is a great place to live at. The amenities are excellent and the events are fantastic. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful and keep everyone informed and updated on issues and events. You never have to wait long for a work order to be completed. I give a 5 star rating to all staff here.

Alta Wren is a great community to live in. I am a resident here for almost 3 years and am happy with my choice to move here. They offer many events every month, including Zumba every other Wednesday. There are many places in the common areas where you can sit and relax, or workout in the gym. Many stores are within walking distance.

Alta Wren is a wonderful apartment community with nearby grocery and restaurants. The property management is a wonderful. Recommend this community. Julio is the best and who was very helpful with our movement.

I have been living here for almost 3 years. I have never had a bad experience & all the employees here are superior, especially Julia and Jennifer in the office. Julia goes above & beyond to help the residents. There has never been a safety issue here. I consider Alta Wren to be a safe place to live.

Great community that we've lived in for about 3 years. Several complete staff changes and lots of different "neighbors" that come and go but the overall quality of the facilities, services, and communication has remained very good to excellent. Even under recent "new management", things still seem to be handled well with perhaps even more "community activities". I also think the size of Alta Wren (not too small, not too big) helps keep most residents stay "neighborly", perhaps in a way that people in a town might be nicer than in a big city.

A wonderful property. Our apartment has been nothing short of amazing. Spacious living area, great layout, and a beautiful panoramic view. And the service is fantastic. What few mechanical issues we've had, were fixed rapidly and with courtesy. Cant recommend Alta Wren enough

I’ve been living here for about 15 months now and I’m extremely satisfied. It’s a very comfortable, clean, and well-managed place to live.

We are satisfied residents with one exception, the noise coming from the above apartment is totally unsatisfactory. For over a year we have notified management of the problem and no resolution has ever been reached. Quiet time is from 10 p.m. on.

One of the best aparments in the RTP area . Raleigh is just 20 mins and RDU airport is 10 mins drive . Well maintained and lively community with lots of social gathering organised by the Management . The management is considerate and responsive . Many restaurants , grocery stores and trails are in walking distance . Highly recommended ??

It has been 11 months I am leaving in Alta wren, so far it’s been fantastic experience. The apartment is well maintained. The location is convenient with easy access to groceries stories and restaurants and schools and public parks. One thing I really appreciate is responsive management team.

This is a beautiful property with amazing amenities and is walkable distance to many eateries , grocery stores , trails etc . The management is wonderful too, they have handled all our requests and issues with professional standard and care . We are so impressed over all that we renewed our lease . We have been residing at Alta Wren for almost two years and I have to say it truly feels like home to live here. Not only the apartment is fabulous (the kitchen has modern and the top notch cabinets, and granite countertops), but also the building has great amenities that are always keep clean and well maintained. Truly this property as a whole is well maintained and super clean. Besides we have the best maintenance team which always provide (in a timely matter) impeccable service and repairs (when necessary). Finally, the management and leasing teams, always keep us well informed and entertained (while hosting various events, so we can socialize and stay in touch with our neighbors). Simply, Alta Wren is the best and you will not regret living here!

Overall, my experience in the community was exceptional, with its beautiful surroundings and the friendly and accommodating office staff. The location was also ideal, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, transportation, and schools. However, there was one issue that arose during my move-out. The maintenance team attempted to charge me for carpet damage that existed prior to my residency at Alta Wren. I wanted to share my experience and bring awareness that it is important to inspect the carpet thoroughly before taking over the residence by lifting the carpet and ensuring that the carpet is in good condition and that there are no prior stains concealed beneath it.

Alta Wren is a safe place to live in. I have been living here over 2 years now and am very happy. The management has many fun and exciting events for the residents. Both the maintenance and office staff are very professional and competent in their duties. There are many stores within walking distance and also walking trails to enjoy.

For someone new to area, it helps a lot. They also offer good discounts for restaurants nearby. Overall good location, community and management!

Good community with the best staff in the area. While some places might be a bit fancier, newer, or even cheaper, it's the amazing staff and respectful fellow residents that keeps us here year over year. So often, the only good apt experience is the sales process. While that's certainly fine here, the staff really stand out once you've moved in. If you are looking for a nice apartment without most of the headaches you typically have to deal with at apartment complexes (inattentive mgt, neglected common areas, community rules not being observed), this might be the place for you.

Rent like everywhere else is excessive. But office staff is great and events and maintenance are great.

Just moved into Alta Wren less than a month ago and I am loving it so far! The building itself is in a great location - grocery store across the street and all the essentials within a ten minute drive. The building also has great amenities for pet owners including a fancy pet spa and dog park and a super short walk to biking trails that lead to Lake Crabtree. I toured a couple of dozen places when I was looking for an apartment and I’m so glad I chose Alta Wren - I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

This complex is phenomenal. My wife and I recently moved from the Boston Area and we couldn't be happier. The staff that works here is so engaging with their community. That was something we severely lacked at our previous residence. They set expectations in terms of behavior and edequette, they lead by example, and they put on frequent and fun social opportunities. We really feel the value of the rent we pay that extends beyond our fantastic apartment. We are paying less and have so much more space in our new apartment. I highly encourage you consider Alta Wren for residency in the area. Our location is secluded clean. What more can you ask for? Also, what are you waiting for, apply already before your slice of heaven is taken by someone else!
