I have lived at Alta for over a year now and I've just recently renewed my lease for another period. The staff in the leasing office are wonderful. However, a special shout out goes to Ryan from the maintenance team - Ryan is very knowledgeable and helpful, and definitely goes above and beyond to make sure residents are very happy with the quality of everything in their apartments. Apart from that, our resident events are great!

Overall I believe that it is a great community for people like me. Young and just getting started with live but even with that it's also multi-generational what you have families from all different walks of life being able to interact with each other especially during the community events. The management team are really nice people who are quite helpful whenever needed. I love the community events that they do from time to time just so that people can know who's who in the apartments and also get to know their neighbors. Overall it's just a great experience.

Quick and friendly service. Maintenance man Ryan fix our water pressure and heat issue within minutes, provided great explanations and diagnosed another problem in the unit pre-emptively. Cody, the apartment manager, has also been very helpful in getting ourselves acquainted with the new building.

Amazing staff and amenities! The courtyard has a big pool, bbq area and fire pit with multiple seating areas. The gym is excellent and well equipped. I’ve been living at Alta On The Row since April, and it has been a fantastic experience! The amenities are truly unbeatable. The pool in the beautiful courtyard is a perfect spot to relax, and the gym is amazing—fully equipped with everything you could need. The rooftop offers a great view of Worcester, making it a wonderful place to unwind. The apartments themselves are open-concept, modern, and very well-equipped. The multiple clubhouses provide plenty of space for gathering or working in a comfortable environment. Overall, I’ve been very happy living here and would highly recommend Alta On The Row to anyone looking for a great place to call home in Worcester. Cody, Meagan, and Carla have been really good to us and have had great communication during our whole stay here.

Ive lived in few different luxury apartments and this one by FAR has the best amenities and convenience. Trash is super close and on every floor, garage has a walkway so you never have to get wet, the kiosk is easy for deliveries to go right to your door, and theres SO much in the open common areas!

High quality apartments with well thought out lay outs that allow for ample natural lighting throughout the apartment. Kitchen appliances are good quality and the kitchen is ergonomically designed. Storage space is more than sufficient within the apartment. The in unit washer and dryer are extremely convenient.

So many amenities including a pool, firepit, grill, rooftop, golf simulator and pool tables. feels like going on vacation at home. Highly recommend.

What wasn’t excellent about this location? Everything is sparkling and new! My jaw dropped about 4 times. Something that stuck out to me was how I didn’t even have an appointment, but Cody was so generous to spend a great amount of time to give me a tour, with a glass of water too! He is knowledgeable and was very patient with me as I was asking too many questions. Definitely the BEST tour I’ve ever had. Thank you so much Cody!

Lots of mishaps happening in the apartment so far, AC not working, fridge breaker needing replacement, and rodent issues. We’ve only been there for a month. Pool has been opened for a day and then closed again indefinitely.

Hello, Thank you for your honest feedback and we sincerely apologize about the unfortunate experiences you have had in your home. Being brand new construction, you are the first resident in your home and there will be times in a 370-unit building that unfortunately some of the new items may not function appropriately. Our maintenance team work tirelessly with our vendors to ensure all items are fixed as quickly as possible. The pool will have to close from time-to-time for regular maintenance to ensure it is safe for use and is back open for enjoyment!
