Property Ratings at Alta Landing
My experience at Alta Landing has been mixed. The location and property have potential, but my apartment had several maintenance and cleanliness issues that took a long time to resolve. The washer and dryer both had ongoing problems — including rust, odors, and staining — and some areas of the unit, like the front door and window, were not properly repaired after multiple requests. The staff has followed up and communicated at times, but the overall condition and response time have made the experience less than ideal. With better quality control before move-in and more thorough maintenance follow-through, Alta Landing could greatly improve the resident experience.

I’ve been enjoying my experience here for the most part. I really love the convenience of the location of the apartments. Hannah in office is very sweet and nice. I would suggest that if you have a little one, move on the bottom floor because I’ve gotten calls from the office regarding complaints of sounds of stomping which is my child who likes to walk and run around the house whenever she pleases. Delivery services sometimes have an issue sometimes finding my apartment but then there are sometimes, people can find it with no problem so I guess it depends on the person. So far, I’ve had to put in two maintenance requests and they are very responsive to any issues. I would recommend Atla Landing.

From start to finish my experience with management and staff was amazing. The communication, steps that needed to be taken, assistance with anything I didn’t fully understand, they were amazing. In person I was always greeted with a smile. The whole process was easy and informative. I haven’t had any issues at all.. my apartment is beautiful, the property is very well kept. It’s close to everything from fast food, to grocery, to clinics and so much more.

The neighbors are entirely too loud! Music all day everyday and constant fighting and running and bumping. I also have seen roaches more than once! I’ve never had roaches prior to this. The staff is really nice, the property is beautiful and I love our apartment inside.

Positives: the staff is kind and friendly. The pool and gym is well maintained, valet trash is kept up. Negatives: There is so much pot smoking going on, it makes my apartment smell like a skunk every day. My vehicle got vandalized, someone broke my window. There’s been multiple domestic disputes next to my apartment which has been disruptive to my sleep, and the other night a bunch of teenagers started fighting outside my bedroom window, waking me up. I’d only recommend if you enjoy smoking pot and don’t mind the smell.

Everyone seems to be friendly. I haven’t used a lot of of the amenities yet. But everything seems to be in excellent condition and the attitude around the complex is very friendly.

The parking is horrible. There’s been a water leak outside our apartment for 9 months they haven’t fixed. There’s 2 Doberman Pinschers that bark every day at anybody that walks by and they are walked around the complex without leases. They’re a MASSIVE nuisance to the complex residents and nothing will be done about them, after multiple complaints.

Excellent Staff and maintenance crew have made my stay of currently 2 years leased with the property a wonderful time here. Any maintenance issues that have arisen have been addressed promptly under 24 hours and the neighbors keep things at a respectful volume, great place to live!

Did my paperwork online everything was a smooth transaction, Rashonda was extremely helpful through this process all the way. Walked the property looked at my apartment with all the standard options appliances, large cabinet space, very quiet all through the day and night grounds are well maintained excellent lighting all around just living it .

We've been here over a year now and love it here. The staff is amazing an very thoughtful of the residents. Clean environment and stay update on the up keep of the apartments. I would recommend Alt Landing if your new to the area are this is your home. Put this place on the top of the list.

Living at Alta Landing has renewed my belief that great apartments DO exist. The staff are beyond kind & accommodating. They genuinely want your experience at the community to be lovely. As for the neighbors, I have not had a bad experience to date. Everyone is friendly & seems to really enjoy the community we get to live in. Amenities are so nice, I frequently go to the clubhouse to work in one of the private office spaces after grabbing a cup of coffee from the coffeemaker. It’s a great place to call home.

Don't move here!!! Walls are paper thin and w noisy neighbors you will be up all night. Parking is a nightmare..... and I have a spider issue I had to take care of myself.
