Having down elevators can be such a hassle, that's why we have three in the event one is down for service. As we announced last week, the contractor has fixed the problem & now all three are back in service.

We recently moved into Alta and it has been great! We love the area, we can walk to many lively bars and restaurants. The amenities are probably the best part of this place. We have started going to the gym again because of how great it is, the rooftop is absolutely stunning, and the courtyard is the perfect social hangout. Residents have been friendly, and I love seeing everyone's cute dogs every day :)

I have a new electric bike and it has been great having a sense of security knowing it is not out in the open. If you have a nice bike this is something to consider since I couldn’t just leave it on my balcony.

This complex is great and staff has been nothing but friendly! Responsive maintenance, clean facilities, and great location! They also do community events where you are able to meet your neighbors and the bonus? The events are actually fun! Even though at the recent Casino Night they hosted (had an amazing time) I walked around with lipstick on my nose for god knows how long and no one told me!

I have lived here for 1 year now and I can honestly say that this is probably one of the best apartment complexes in the Baltimore area. The staff are always courteous and professional, the apartments are stunning, the amenities are always well maintained, a cleaning service cleans the public spaces every morning, and the garage is very clean and spacious. It is located in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to the Federal Hill’s nightlife bar area. The view from the rooftop is stunning and I enjoy having my morning coffee before going to work from it. After work, I enjoy working out in the very modern gym downstairs. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

We love the beautiful pool area and fun events every month. Pet-friendly too. They also have a nice gym with weights and machines. The building is clean and well kept by the staff. The unit has a good kitchen and spacious main bedroom.

Great staff, well kept apartment building with lots of amenities, and SUPER dog-friendly. Phenomenal gym with equipment kept in good condition. Rooftop has an AMAZING view of the city. Location is convenient for 95, walkable to great restaurants and bars in Fed Hill, but far enough from the bar scene to be quiet at night.

So I moved in during a weird time. The leasing agent I was dealing with informed me it was her last day. The other leasing agent apparently went out on leave so there have been a rotation of people at the front desk, none of them am I ever sure actually work here or if they are guests or whatever. I moved in under the 2 months free which was explained to me as if the free rent would be split between each month for the 1st year. Turns out it's just two free months, HOWEVER they didn't load my free months so I had to go down and get it fixed. Still isn't fixed for my second month. Although I did everything on my part to notify the leasing agents of my movers and everything, no one shared the freight elevator was still down AND they didn't reserve the 2nd elevator for me making my move much longer than it needed to be. Also I had to figure out how to open the loading dock and get doors propped open. I was felt very mislead. When I took my tour at the end of December I asked about the construction. I was told it was just like an office building or something. When I move in I find out it's another complex being built by the same company. I dont know if that would've changed my mind but I may have picked a unit in another space. Overall I love my apartment even though my upstairs neighbors have a kid who runs everywhere. The other downfall is you can smell what everyone is cooking when you walk down the hall. There has to be a better ventilation system.

I moved here from Silver Spring a month ago, and I'm loving living here. I'm saving quite a bit of money per month by moving here, and yet everything is so much better quality. The amenities (especially the gym) are much nicer, and there are a lot of small things with the apartment that improve the QoL such as the very new appliances, full washer and dryer, no carpets, and even soft-closing kitchen cabinets and drawers.

Living here is great, and for this being my first time living in an apartment building, I do enjoy the sense of community. The property and the apartments are designed well and are visually appealing. Very homey place to live. I do enjoy the property and living here, but overall the community could improve. I am giving the benefit of the doubt for said issues, to the fact that it is a new apartment community. I hope plans for already been put in action as far as improving security, I feel building, and if they haven’t been… I hope they have an urge to make a plan to enforce better security, and it will be prioritized sooner rather than later.

Nicest place I've ever lived. Apartments are quiet, with great layouts and nice appliances and touches throughout the apartment. Gathering spaces and amenities are really high class, clean, and well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient and put in great events for the building.

Have never experienced a more warming welcome home experience. The staff was prompt and ready for ready for me. Loading dock and freight elevator was a breeze to locate and use. The personalized welcome home card and gift was most thoughtful. I've been here just over 30 days and everything has been fabulous. They even host resident events just about every week. I really like these apartments because they are new and don’t have carpet, but because they are new they are pretty expensive compared to other apartments around the area.

I think AFH is too expensive for the experience. The quality of construction is poor, so sounds from toilets and water and shouting can be heard at all times of the night. There is no place to park on the level you reside even though you pay. Bugs come out of the drain due to the pet policy. Sometimes community shared objects like the grill are dirty since people do not clean after themselves, and the workers also do not clean.

There are community quiet hours, we also offer a Courtesy Officer that can assist with noise concerns from shouting in the evenings. Please connect with the office to schedule a pest control visit, we are pet friendly, but that should not impact any pest in neighboring apartment drains. We would be more than happy to look into this concern for you. Our community offers parking and we are not near capacity, there may not be spaces close to the door, but you should reasonably be able to find parking. Please let the office know if you are experiencing issues that have not been addressed. We appreciate the feedback on the grills, we will send a community notice and have our cleaning team assess outside of their morning check. I just moved into Alta a month ago, and I absolutely love it! The amenities are top notch: the gym, the pool and large courtyard with outdoor TVs and tons of lounge areas, the homey lobby with lots of both comfortable lounge areas and work from home quiet spots, the modern pub area, and of course, the rooms themselves. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and willing to drop a pin to help residents with anything at any time. The building is always clean and feels very safe. A great place to call home:) I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else in Fed Hill!

Alta Federal Hill is HOME!!! There are so many amenities; from the pool to the beautiful city views from the rooftop. It makes my day when I am greeted in the lobby by leasing director Rika. Whenever I need help or have a question she’s always on top of it. She goes above and beyond for all residents. Everyone here is nice and neighborly. It feels like a community. Moving here was the best decision I’ve made.

Rika, one of the leasing directors at Alta, has been extremely wonderful when displaying Alta when I initially toured, and during my move in process. Everyone in the leasing office I have interacted with is extremely friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and has great amenities, including a pool, new gym, and an awesome rooftop with some grills and plenty of seating. The apartment itself has new appliances, with plenty of cabinet space for storage. I just moved in but I am already extremely thankful I am living here. Despite being close to I-95, it is quiet at night and I am able to sleep peacefully. Also, since Alta started accepting residents this past year, they are currently offering 4 or 6 weeks free (depending on the unit type). This makes the price more affordable, and is honestly a steal for the quality of living. It is in a great neighborhood with restaurants within a short walk away. I am really excited to continue living here!
