I have had nothing but a positive experience with the community and its staff members. Anything that was broken in my unit that needed to be fixed maintenance was very prompt on correcting the issues. Alta davis is a really nice apartment complex with up to date units and amenities. The staff are responsive and helpful
It started well but the maintenance issues have been getting out of hand with the lack of response lately. The communication has not been great the past few weeks. If they don't think they need to complete an order that I place, I would expect communication as to why rather than just closing the order and saying nothing. There is also a sensor on the basement floor that makes a terrible high-pitched noise that has been going off for over a week now. Multiple residents have reported this, including myself and it was still on this morning. I would expect some type of communication with the building about the problem and what the managers are doing to fix it but that has not happened. The elevators also break down after lighting storms and the electrical wiring is terrible in these buildings. I needed to buy several surge protectors because it kept ruining out internet modem every time there was a thunderstorm.
The building administration and leasing office wash their hands off from these serious security issues in and around the apartment complex. No concrete security measures, no working camera even though they seem to be installed at various places
Alta Davis is no more a smoke free apartment. You can see the cigars on steps and even you can smell the cigar smoke frequently.
No regrets moving to Alta Davis. My best experience is safety, community cleanliness, and respectful neighbors. Everything that was promised by the leasing agent has been upheld throughout the stay of my residency.
I’ve enjoyed my stay at Alta Davis. This was a blind move for me, as I resided in a different state when the development was being built. Nina made my move seamless, but Lauren has done a great job accommodating my request since her departure. The neighborhood functions are my favorite. The team is responsive, noise is minimal, and location is convenient. Package room and security could be better, but I highly recommend this complex!!

Latest on cost: Management aggressively raised rent(10-13% increase) for the residents after one year of opening and offered no concessions. I asked for a concession in March 2023 but was told no. They are dealing with about 80 vacancies and offering incentives again in June 2023. I wouldn't trust them to do right by the residents. It's all dependent on the market, so make sure to play the game right. Update: One year at Alta Davis Noisy: Your upstairs neighbors will largely determine your living experience. The walls and floors are paper thin so expect to hear conversations and footsteps(especially if they wear heels or boots in the apartment). It almost feels like the ceiling might collapse at any given moment. My whole apartment shakes when any doors are closing - especially the doors to the stairways and resident entry. I have complained twice before about the noise and shaking coming from upstairs, but management told me we can't interfere with other people's lifestyle(where do you draw the line though). Costly: I have found nicer apartments with two bedrooms for around the same price as an Alta Davis one-bedroom. I recommend doing your research if you are not in a rush. Alta Davis is located in a "convenient" area, but it depends on your definition of "convenient" and if it's worth paying the premium to be closer to a ... walmart and the highway. There are other communities that are right next to wegmans and trader joes. Summary: The noise level and vibration of the building alone is enough for me to not recommend Alta Davis to anybody. I don't interact with management often, but have had great experience with the maintenance staff. Thankfully, also no cockroaches or rat sightings for me inside the apartment. Tour Review/Initial Impression: Whoever I had that gave the tour did not know what he was doing at all. I received a lot of “I don’t know”s and showed no eagerness to find out the answers for me. He didn’t attempt to sell the place one bit. Definitely not knowledgeable enough and I don’t feel welcomed to the community at all. I walked out of the tour way more confused and disappointed. The Bose floor plan is excellent, but the unit I wanted had scratches on the inside of the cabinets. The balcony didn’t look finished because the wood planks had damage (chips) on them. The only amenity that was shown to me was the business center. Complete waste of my time. Nice apartments though.
Alta Davis is an amazing place that creates that home feeling from the moment you step on the property.
Far too pricey for what it is - a pretty average living experience. They will tack on a lot of fees after applying and there is a clause in the lease that they can raise the fees at any time. Management is rude and unhelpful.

The location is great, 8 min from my office on perimeter park, great food areas around the corner. The amenities are great, car wash and dog wash makes life easier.

It is a beautiful, amazing place to live. The community is great which I am so happy to be apart of, the staff or team is super amazing, nice, helpful and down to earth. Maintenance crew are quick to respond. I highly recommend living here, nothing but fresh, welcoming atmosphere and good vibes. You won’t regret it!

I've had a pest issue with my unit since October 2022 (i.e. the entire time I've lived here), and management has been terrible at resolving the issue. Every time I made a complaint or put in a request, they've brushed it off and given me the run around. I had to complain several times and even threaten to move for any real action to be taken. This place sucks and I would not recommend you move here if you truly want your issues to be handled. Also, they do monthly raffles asking for residents to submit reviews, so please don't be misled by all the 5 star ratings.

We hate you had a pest issue. As with any new construction we have disturbed nature's habitat. We placed you on the treatment log each time requested. Sugar ants are a common and they eat carbohydrate and protein-rich foods, and particularly like trash and anything sweet and sticky. Again sorry you had issues that took a long time to resolve for you. We do want to note that the final resolution allowed you transfer to another home at the rate of the home at the time of your your original application and we provided a gift card to you due to the issues. We will continue to work on your former home so the next resident does not have the same experience.
My partner and I have lived here for a little over 7 months now, and we have truly enjoyed every moment of our stay! The community has so much to offer with an all-inclusive gym, pool, outdoor gym, clubhouse, technology room, and more! The office staff and maintenance team are so friendly and helpful. The location is located in the heart of RTP and close to numerous restaurants and shopping centers! 10/10 recommend!

Alta offers a huge variety of floor plans that are very spacious. The brand new appliances, large living room, and large bedroom closet stuck out to me the most. The amenities are top notch including brand new gym equipment and a yoga room. There is plenty of parking around the complex and the location can’t be beat. There are countless restaurants nearby and the commute to many offices can be done in less than 10 min. In addition to the great floor plans and amenities, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nina was patient, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find the perfect apartment. She took her time during the tour to answer all of my questions and make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for.
