Look elsewhere. They need major improvements here.

Alpine Vista has an awesome accessibility for those with disabilities, big or small.

Me moving in and the price was beyond my expectation along with it being so close to the movies the malls especially the outlets. Not to mention a very commutative to keep up with code and property

Alpine Vista apartments are not only BEAUTIFUL, they're affordable, spacious, quiet, and fair. I'm on my second lease and to this day I have no complaints. The leasing ladies are AMAZING, the maintenance guys are quick and efficient, they celebrate holidays by having community events. It's a place you wanna call home.

My oh my how much its changes since last year, never felt as welcome as we do now. Thanks to the amazing office personnel. If and when i need to go to the office to speak to staff i feel more at ease now. I recently took a tour of these apartments and I was very pleased! The ladies in the office were super knowledgeable and very friendly ! I can definitely see myself living here! They made me feel so welcome!

A safe, usually quiet community with updated appliances and modern interior designs. Close to the police station, gas stations, grocery stores and different restaurants. Close to a couple schools and parks, and in a walkable area of the springs.

The office staff is helpful and considerate. They also listen to your problems you might have going on.

The office ladies are great and super friendly. My rent has went up a little every year but not worth complaining about sense they cut me a deal on my move in. I have no complaints here at all to be honest.

The office staff are really nice! They have a waitlist but they check in with you pretty often until you can get in. It was nice they still gave me information even though they didn’t have anything available yet. Most of the places told me no and it felt hurried. The layout is bigger than I thought and feels really open.

The apartments are gorgeous, spacious, and quiet. The office ladies are there best at managing and communicating. The maintenance team take pride in what they do, they're quick and efficient. I take so much pride in my apartment here, and they come highly the recommended by me

The management team is full of dedicated, experienced, and kindhearted individuals. They are understanding and supportive. They’re firm when they need to be, but they’re not rude or disrespectful. I love that my daughters and I feel safe, the floor plans, and the neighbors at Alpine Vista.

I have been living at Alpine Vista for about 3 years now. I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The apartments are beautiful and the office staff and maintenance team are awesome!

I'm not a complainer by nature and no issues here so far for 3 yrs. It's been great for me.

I have been a resident at Alpine Vista for 7 months and must say that I am grateful to have been approved to reside here. I appreciate the staff and maintenance team. Whenever I have a concern, it is addressed quickly, professionally and with much concern. As a senior, I feel safe and respected in this community. I do not prefer dogs, however, the owners that I have come in contact with understand that everyone is not as comfortable with their pet as they are.

Alpine Vista is a blessing! Staff are friendly and helpful. My apartment is lovely and comfortable. I like the location. I look forward to living here forever!

Alpine vista has been my home for 5 yrs now and the staff has been the best from the beginning! Access to stores, restaurants and other things is a bonus.

the Alpine Vista apartments are highly recommended by me, they're spacious and affordable, maintenance issues get resolved immediately, and any criminal activity gets taken care of, there's awesome communication with the ladies in the front, its just overall a plesent place to call home.

I’m about to sign my third lease at Alpine Vista and living here has been very pleasant. To have an enjoyable community it starts with good management and Alpine Vista has the BEST. Everything is taken care of both inside the apartments and outside as well. Maintenance is top notch and works very hard keeping everything in good order. Work requests are responded to promptly and done right the first time! The apartment homes have all the amenities one needs and there is plenty of parking. Also management is very pleasant to deal with. Very nice place to call home. Thank you maintenance and management for all you do.

In my short time at Alpine, I am very pleased with the building upkeep and cleanliness. No issues in my apartment. Neighbors have been very welcoming. I am very happy with my decision to move here.

Nice apartments, large L-shaped kitchen with gas stove (love it) a separate laundry room with stackable w/d sits behind the kitchen and there’s a decent sized living room that looks out on to a large balcony, the bedroom fits a queen size bed easily and the bathroom is huge. My apartments is a good size and very roomy.

We enjoy our stay here. Everyone in the office is helpful.

For a low-income property, Alpine Vista is very clean and the apartments have up to date appliances. The office staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the maintenance staff attend to any issues that might arise in a timely manner

I love living here for the most part no issues other then car break in

Here's my complaints. For a fairly new apartment there are to many serious issues, like a nonfunctional elevator in my building, a non functional boiler in another building. There have been several car thefts, and we been asking for security and cameras, but we got nothing. I experienced a car break in, and my neighbor experienced auto break in twice. Other residents reported auto theft and breakins as well. With no security or cameras, as tenants we are victims and most vulnerable to crimes. We have become targets because of the lack of security. This owner seems like they don't care about the residents. Everything can't be left to the police. We need security. There have also been frozen pipes reported. They really need to make residents feel wanted, appreciated, and SAFE. We have plenty parking, but they think a solution is limiting cars per household which is not a solution. Location is everything. Alpine was built in area, we don't need limited parking, raffles or neighborhood exhausting police departments. We need real resolutions and a company that cares for the safety of thier residents. Please fix our elevators. Our elderly residents need it most!! Pls get us some security, cameras and parking patrol.

The entire staff at Alpine Vista is wonderful! The property is clean, the staff is friendly, & they truly go above and beyond each & every time! The apt units are spacious and beautiful! Work orders are resolved promptly, which is greatly appreciated! I'm incredibly happy living here!

Alpine Vista is a wonderful place to call home. They are spacious with all the amenities one needs and they are quiet. We have plenty of parking even if you work second shift and come home late you will always have a place to park! The community is clean and well maintained. To have a happy community they must have good management and Alpine Vista has the BEST.

The staff is amazing, Bri definitely went above and beyond for me. The apartments are gorgeous, spacious, and the appliances are brand new, and everything is energy efficient. Definitely a place I can see myself living in.

Luxury quality apartments, best rental rates, friendly staff and residents

I have enjoyed living at Alpine, I am going on my second year here. Everyone that I have come in contact with, has been courteous, and professional and helpful. I love the proximity to all of the stores, and other events the area has to offer. I really enjoy the Friday night fireworks, from the Vibes home games. I can watch from my balcony ??

Not a good experience to live at this community. Office staff is unprofessional and full of excuses as to why nothing is done and maintenance does not complete work orders in a timely manner. I would not recommend for anyone to move to this community.

I Love it here the Alpine Vista Appartements have been my home for almost two years now! I got to meet some of my neighbors and everyone is nice in my building I like the beautiful landscaping when I walk my dog ..I like that I am close to my work! I love having a balcony with a view to the mountains I like that my apartment is quiet! I like the ladies in the office everyone is very friendly! Jenny rocks !! Our maintenance team is very dependable and very friendly as well! Thanks for having me at the Alpine Vista Apartments !

Alpine Vista is a nice place to live. It’s conveniently located by lots of shopping, schools, and things to do. The apartments themselves are new with new appliances and an open floor plan. The layout for the 2 bedroom is wonky but functional. The kitchen is huge along with the second bathroom. I really like that there isn’t any marijuana and cigarettes allowed on the property at all. The apartments are affordable and the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other especially since there are children and quite a few elderly residents.
