The experience is not bad, I do feel that the cleanliness of the property could be a lot better. The walls are dirty, carpets dirty, the garage floor is dirty. Presentation is everything and this does not give off a clean place to live in. Buttt….I love my apartment and all the amenities.

Grace & Ruben Unit 301 ALLÜRE APARTMENTS Living at Allure Apartments has been a fantastic experience. The community is safe, the amenities are well-maintained, and the management team is incredibly responsive and supportive. From day one, we’ve felt welcomed, especially by the amazing staff, who truly go above and beyond. We couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!
We love it so far! The units are so cozy and felt like home the minute we moved in. We did have a few issues with some things not working when we moved in but we would put in a work order at 9pm and maintenance would be at our door the next morning. Sharon in the leasing office is an absolute sweetheart and we loved working with her when we toured. Tia was also very helpful and patient with us during our application process. The only down side is you have to pay for an additional parking space no matter the size of your unit

Love the floorplan of our unit, love the amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, etc). Landscaping is very nice and well maintained. With the exception of the dated units, Allure truly has a resort style living.

The plumbing needs the most work since they seem to be the majority of the maintenance issues.

Allure is a great community, very welcoming and friendly. Management and staff are always helpful and professional. I just wish that it had a play area or something for kids to enjoy other than the pool.

I love living at Allure! The property is clean, the apartments are well maintained, well equipped and I love my kitchen. I have more cupboards than I know what to do with! The floor plans are well designed and really maximize the space. You definitely get more bang for your buck at Allure.

Run do not walk out of Allure Apartments. They will nickel and dime you for everything. The service is just plain bad. Fire alarms going off day and night and water cutoff!?! Now charging for parking??? No thanks by Allure!

Been at Allure just over a month. Had a few maintenance requests thus far, nothing major, but every single request has been dealt with timely and professionally. Communication has been great. Overall the community is great and we got no issues or complaints at all. Will continue to review as time goes on, but thus far, nothing but great things to say about Allure.

Allure is the best kept secret in Orange! It is an upscale community to live in, a great size, and with the best amenities and friendly staff. I don’t think I could find a better place for the price I pay!

Since having my apartment for less than three months, I’ve had a total of 4 packages stolen and I paid for the parcel lockers. It amazes me how little has been done to resolve the matter and to stop it from reoccurring. We aren’t allowed to have Ring doorbells due to “privacy” however it doesn’t seem to be a firm rule since there are residents who have them. With this being my first moving experience, it’s has been very disheartening one. The price is cool but I seem to be making up for it in stolen goods.

I apartment hopped all over Irvine before finding Allure and I couldn't be happier with my decision to leave Irvine Apartment Communities behind. Bigger apartment, tons of cabinets and cupboards, full size washer and dryer, and a bunch of little features like shelves in the bathroom and a pull out cutting board in the kitchen set Allure OC apart from the rest. The units here are bigger, better, more affordable and it only added 10 minutes to my morning commute. I love living at Allure OC!!

All the employees at Allure Apartments are very helpful especially Greg and Jazmin the manager they provided everything we needed at the beginning to start the application and throughout the whole process of us moving into the apartment he was very helpful and understanding and always with a great attitude he was never rude he was always willing to help with whatever needed to be done. I would recommend Allure apartments to my family and friends and for the new people that are coming and to look at this complex it’s a very nice area very well taken care of and everyone here is just very polite and helpful they have great customer service.

Living here has been a great experience so far. Allie team has been amazing and always on top of whatever we need.
Allure has great amenities and has the wonderful apps to be able to do multiple things off of, such as submitting work orders for anything wrong in the apartment. Along with that, they have wonderful staff who seem to always be on top of things! Thank you!

Great community for professionals: If you are working for the healthcare industry (close to St. Joes, UC Irvine Medical) this is the place for you. Convenient parking (on the same living level), pet friendly, and single person apartment layouts are part of what makes living here very easy.

I have been living here at Allure apartments for the last four years. The management and leasing team for this community are amazing not to mention the maintenance team. Always willing to help when needed. This community is great when youre in the halls and you see neighbors theyre also very friendly. This community is in a great location close the freeway access,shopping, restaurants etc.

While at Allure all service requests have always been fulfilled immediately and with great professionalism. Living here has been great even throughout the pandemic. The spacious apartments have made stay at home easier. Over all I highly recommend Allure.

Allure has been great so far. I enjoy the space in our apartment complex, the food trucks once a week are a nice perk and it is fairly quiet throughout the neighborhood and everyone is very friendly. A great place to call home.

We could not be happier with our decision of choosing Allure! 5 stars without a doubt! Allure was able to get us approved and moved in in less than 48 hours. The office staff are amazing, always helpful, and very kind. The apartments are gorgeous, spacious, and beat the price and size of majority of other apartments in OC. Allure is surrounded by so many things to do, places to shop, and delicious restaurants. I would recommend Allure to anyone looking for a clean, pet friendly, place to live with many great amenities!

I really enjoy my experience at Allure Apartments, and they have many great features and amenities. However, I do believe they can do better in maintaining the pet areas and also in responding to the Pandemic as far as amenities go.
