The apartments are very nice and spacious. The rent is reasonable. The office staff is very friendly and informative. The tenants tend to throw their garbage by the dumpsters instead of inside the dumpsters. Visitors often park in the assigned parking areas.

Cockroaches almost in every place but management will gaslight you to believe otherwise. Dog poop is never picked up and security just does a big lap at night and the leaves. Also in one month cops showed up twice amounting in 6 vehicles or more each time.

The area is fantastic the apartment it self is wonderful great layout the parking is great can always find parking. Love that everything is near our new home. However office staff made me feel like they lied to us just to get us to sign a lease with them. When those things were brought to they attention they denied and did nothing about it

Great little apartment with minor cosmetic issues that haven’t been addressed since moving in, such as shelving falling off the wall some cut marks in the counter and rough painting around outlets and light switches. All in all decent apartment and love the pool!

I love living at Allure at Tempe because the staff and management really take care of the community that lives here, if it be installing new and bright lighting for the once dim and dull parking lots, hiring security to be on call for our safety, keeping and maintaining the grounds neat and clean, or responding to a maintenance request in a very timely and quick way. At Allure at Tempe my family feels safe and attended to.

STAY AWAY! Roaches Car thefts (converters especially) Loud people at the pool Maintenance who don't know how to properly fix things Lies about carpet being brand new in your apartment Office workers who don't take responsibility Since the beginning of the year, my roommate and I have asked to have Burn's Pest Control spray in our apartment. They came twice since the beginning of the year, and we asked for indoor treatments every week. When I contact the office staff, they don't take responsibility, stating they have never heard from my roommate or me. We saw our first roaches two days after moving in. We are extremely clean people. No matter what you do to keep your place free, you'll find roaches here. They need to completely fog the buildings, especially with so many complaints. I had a leak in my main bedroom. The tiles came loose and needed fixed. Maintenance poorly sealed them - as I discovered yesterday, cause they are loose again. They also left whatever sticky substance used to fix the tiles all over the bottom of my bathtub. My roommate's converter was stolen from his vehicle. With so many apartments nearby and strays that walk around the premise, this place needs to be gated. I'm unsure if this community is smoke-free, but there are smokers everywhere here. My downstairs neighbor is one of them who smokes right outside their door. Now that summer is here, expect loud pool parties late at night. The farmhouse sinks don't drain properly. They have a flat bottom. I have been touring other apartments and each time I see a farmhouse sink, I always look to see if it has the flat bottom which will hold water or a tilted bottom which will drain water. Water leaks. Oh, and when I toured my apartment, I was told we would have new carpet. The carpet is obviously used. This didn't bother me honestly, but since I'm writing a review, there's the facts. And I was told cleaners would clean my apartment before I moved in. Cleaners didn't even do anything in the apartment. Baseboards, ceiling fans, windows, floors (had cat litter on them when I moved in) were all nasty. I had to clean myself.

I've lived at Allure At Tempe with my roommates/friends for a long time. In the time spent here, we never had many issues (if at all) in this community up until the past several years. The staff (maintenance/leasing office), overall, are pleasant and I've never had any issues.

I absolutely love Allure at Tempe! The grounds are well maintained, the staff is very professional and courteous and it's in an awesome shopping district. If it were up to me I'd renew our lease indefinitely!

This is a great community. Its a one stop shop with the amenities and a great team in the office. Very family oriented my kids actually go outside to play with their friends. Management is awesome, Yasmin and her office crew are phenomenal! Love it here

The Managerial & Maintenance team are top-notch and all my repair concerns are dealt with promptly. The community is strategically well-located as shopping and retail outlets are all easily accessible from the property. Units are clean and nicely appointed - although there are areas of the property that need a face-lift such as doors that are a bit tattered and the walkways on the upper floors which are badly stained. Overall though, a positive rental experience.

I have lived at allure at Tempe for 3 years. Started off in a 4 bedroom, and decided to transfer not once but twice. I have lived in the 4br, 2br and 3br. The staff is always really pleasant, they are prompt when dealing with issues and the maintenance sup Andy is super quick at diagnosing issues and getting the issues fixed! Allure at Tempe not only has an amazing staff but their apartments are outstanding. They have a ton of storage space. The floor plans make you feel right at home and the remodeled apartments are beautiful.

When I moved in a month ago, I was able to apply & be approved same day and then move in the next day. It was the fastest and friendliest move in experience I have ever had. The office staff is amazing!

I love it here! Its quiet at night which is nice and I have yet to see any criminal activity. Its a very nice complex! Id definitely recommend Allure at Tempe to anyone looking for a new home.

The staff I dealt with during the move-in process (Specifically Francheska) was amazing. I had been looking into a few places and had calls not returned or even ignored, but they took it on as a personal mission to make sure that everything was done and the process was seamless and professional but friendly at the same time. So glad that none of the other places took that initiative because I would have missed out on moving in here. Apartment is great, and more than I even expected (I hadn't seen the vaulted ceilings on my unit until move in) and so far it's been 10/10. Thank you!

I would not recommend living in this community unless you are okay with living with roaches and having multiple maintenance issues. But I can say that they will do everything in their power to get your issues solved. We just would prefer not to have these issues in the first place. But management and maintenance are professional and communicate well.
