Roughly one hour northwest of downtown Houston in the Texas timberlands, Magnolia makes a great home for folks who want room to breathe without being too far from the city. Residents of Magnolia enjoy close access to southeast Texas’ natural beauty, with Unity Park and The Stroll near the city center and dozens of forests and lakes in the surrounding region.
The city limits comprise a very small area with fewer than 2,000 residents, but the Magnolia community stretches much farther out into Montgomery County and includes well over 100,000 people. The reasonable proximity to Houston and George Bush Intercontinental Airport makes Magnolia an appealing rental option for commuters, and fifteen colleges and universities lie within an hour’s drive as well. In the fall, Magnolia sees many out-of-town travelers passing through on their way to the nearby Texas Renaissance Festival, a huge affair held just six miles up the road from downtown.

I couldn’t be happier. The property itself is well-maintained, quiet, and conveniently located, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding management team. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Whether it’s a maintenance request, a question about the lease, or just a friendly hello, management goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s rare to find a team that is not only efficient but also kind and approachable. Their hard work and attention to detail make this place feel like home. Highly recommend!
Upon my initial move-in, I encountered numerous unresolved issues. Today, I visited the office and was pleasantly surprised to discover a completely new team in place. I took the opportunity to communicate the various concerns I had been attempting to address. Cece and Ariana were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The paperwork that was incorrectly processed during my move-in has now been corrected, for which I am extremely grateful. I have quickly come to appreciate this new team. I would have welcomed prior notification about the change in personnel, as I had been reluctant to visit the office for an extended period; ultimately, I probably would have continued to avoid it had I not needed assistance. However, I now look forward to stopping by more frequently, if only to extend a greeting.
Finding a place to live is always a headache for most people but when we met Steve it was like he knows me for years and I was just moving straight to a new home. Steve was very knowledgeable and very dedicated to what he does I can’t wait to raise my family in a beautiful paradise like here. Thanks for the experience
My BFF and I went in for a tour today and let me just say 10/10. The staff is very friendly and sweet. Alissa did a phenomenal job with showing all of the floor plans, amenities, and more. After, touring over multiple complexes let me just say this one is TOP TIER. I love every thing about it. It’s beautiful, nice, and quiet.
Went yesterday just to tour the property & instantly knew i was going to submit an application. Beautiful area, beautiful units & such amazing staff! Staff was very willing to work with us and had a great deal on the unit i got. Definitely recommend & can’t wait to move in!

We’re really looking forward to moving into Allora apartments. Our current lease ends and we are fortunate the 2 bedroom corner unit will be completed at the same time for move in. We signed a pre lease and became eligible for the first month discount. The apartment is beautiful and high end quality with plenty of natural light. Awesome amenities! The entire staff went out of their way to explain our questions and to simplify the paperwork. Stephen, the assistant manager, kept smiling even though we went through the home multiple times!!
