Property Ratings at Allens Lane Apartments
The apartment looks great, new appliances etc BUT when things break expect at least a week to get it fixed. There is also only One entry point of the property which is blocked in the am by school kids and there stupid parents. The second entry is blocked by planters. The floors are thin and I mean like I can hear everything the person below me is doing and at night I hear him snoring so loud it seems he is in the bed next to me. They promised a buzzer system, a gate, and a recycling bin but I haven’t seen that in 3 years but it is very spacious and close to trains, buses, and bars.
These are furbished apartment. All modern, with beautiful hardwood floors, more than enough kitchen storage, which all women love. There are full washers and dryers in each apartment, beautiful bathrooms deep seated bath tubs, fabulous shower head. Private entrance, free parking in well lite area, also camera monitored. In walking distance to Chestnut Hill train to center city, and for local business, such as banking, eateries, shopping, all at your fingertips. Houston school, one of the top schools in Philadelphia also in walking distance. All of this is tucked in a quite area of West Oak Lane, surrounded by parks. This is a neighborhood where everyone cares. It is the neighborhood where renting or owning everyone is part of a wonderful living experience.
