Alleia is one of the best apartment complexes in this area. The staff are friendly, very helpful and respond or communicate in a timely manner whenever issues arise. The amenities are top notch and the pool area is huge. The floorplans are nice and spacious with adequate storage. The grounds are beautiful and always well kept and there is ample parking. It’s in a great location close to dining, grocery and entertainment.

Close to all of the shopping without the headache of one-way streets or highway driving to get to all of the things I needed. The community has a ton of amenities and lots of parking. Service staff was quick to take care of any service requests.

I've lived here for 6 months and it's a marginally ok apartment complex. The photos above are misleading, no ping pong tables or cornhole by the pool, and have you ever seen grass that green in Texas? Come on. Security is ok, for 3 months the gates were always open during the day which has been changed now to always closed. However, it's very easy to tailgate through the gates and I've seen countless people do it including Amazon delivery vehicles. One big gripe is after 2 months they began charging me $10 per month to report if I paid my bills (water, trash, rent) on time or not to the credit bureaus. IMO, that charge shouldn't fall on the resident and never has at any complex I've lived at. The walls are also very very thin, which can be a big problem if you have noisy neighbors. The management is overall good and helpful. Overall, this complex is pretty pricy for what it is. You can find the same quality if not better in this area for cheaper.

Dec 2022 update. (Please read) We were lucky enough to get a good unit on the first floor, that's the only positive thing I can say about this complex. A good complex it's defined for their administration and in Alleia you'll be welcomed with a big smile, but once you signed the contract, you'll be just another number to them. My wife and I moved to Alleia 8 months ago. We don't have kids and we are a decent couple who just want to do things right. We were very excited about starting a new life chapter in this complex. Initially, the complex seemed nice, with good apartments, and good amenities and everything was ok until we started having disappointing conversations with the administration. And it's just sad. 1. (Parking garage) We moved to this complex specifically with the intention of renting a parking garage, which was confirmed by the agent initially as $150. We were put on a waiting list for almost 4 months, and after we got the chance, they changed the price from $150 to $250. We tried to explain what we were told initially and they just didn't care. 2. (First-day Impression) The day we moved in, the apartment was clearly not clean and they were many things broken that they had fixed later after we complained. 3. (Lack of Security) The complex gates are damaged at least 3 days a week. The complex has no security cameras and whenever something happens (vandalism, stolen package...) there's no clue of what happened. 3. (They will not respond to any emergency) We had a nightmare-noisy neighbor who will stay up all night, hammering things at 3 am, dancing, and playing with his dog, EVERY single night for the past 7 months. We complained several times and Alleia will not respond to a single email. (We have proof). We had to call the police directly to manage the situation. 4. (They will close Amenities in Purpose) They tend to close the amenities in purpose and they won't allow you to rent the facilities for family activities. 5. (Thin walls) The structure of the building it's very thin. You can hear everything.
This is a beautiful, clean and safe environment to live at. The people that work here are Awesome!

Moved in May to the apartments, and not even a week my truck window was BROKEN along with 5+ other vehicles. After talking to several residents multiple storage units were also BROKEN INTO. When we approached management they showed lack of not caring for what happened. Managements lack of concern for what is a SAFETY CONCERN for all of us, as they could easily break into our own apartments so easily is ridiculous. No communication of the crimes committed was sent not one email. We all made police reports but no measures were taken by property management to ensure we are comfortable. There are no cameras in hallways or facing parking lots. There are constantly random people at the pool. All the residents complain of the new management, I would recommend anyone who wants to live comfortably avoid this place.

You want quality, come here! I have been fully impressed with the property, the amenities, location and especially the staff! The initial experience actually made me leave another property management company that I have been with for 8 years. If that doesn’t say something, nothing will. Great value (paying the same amount for a place over 200 square feet less) but you do not lose quality! Very impressed!
