I have loved living here the last two years. All the staff has been super kind and helpful with any information I may need. The office staff does a great job explaining answers to my questions and going in depth. The maintence staff has been been very Kind and informative and make sure to not only solve the (very few) issues I’ve had and also helped me understand why the issue happens and what I can do myself if possible should the issue happen again in the future. The entire apartment space inside and out is very clean and well taken care of. And all my neighbors and other tenants around the apartment have been friendly as well.

Do not rent from Allaso Journal Center. The marketing is misleading and the community is not luxury living. The interior corridor floors are rarely cleaned appropriately and the floors have pet urine and droppings. Pet rules are not followed and exterior sidewalks are an example. This could be fabulous if Greystar and onsite managers actually managed the community.

Allaso Journal Center is a nice, friendly quiet community located not far from restaurants, grocery stores, parks, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

The complex looks good and has some nice features, however once we moved in we noticed there are small things missing. For the price of rent they should have a garbage disposal and lights in the bedrooms.
