I have been a resident at Alize for 18 years. I originally moved here because it was close to my work. I’ve been retired for 7 years and I still enjoy living here. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A neighbor had to go to the hospital unexpectedly and the staff walked his dogs for the entire time he was there. Alize is constantly upgrading the community. Most recently they refurbished the community room with new décor. All the amenities are well maintained. The maintenance staff are all experienced, courteous, and prompt. Most routine requests are completed within the same day. I highly recommend the Alize if you are planning to move to the area.
I’ve lived in ALIZE for over five years and the service requests have always been excellent with response time and friendly people. I am grateful to live in a clean and well maintained gated community with my sons. The best part is not the pool which is pretty and fun but I like the garage. Thank you Alize for making my home a beautiful space for my family.

Our time at Alize was unfortunately marked by a troubling gas leak incident. Despite our repeated reports of a gas odor, the management initially brushed off our concerns. It wasn't until we enlisted the help of a third-party expert that the gas leak was confirmed. This delayed response and apparent disregard for our safety highlighted a concerning lack of urgency and accountability from the management. Moreover, this incident was just one aspect of our overall unsatisfactory experience with the complex and its associates. From indifferent customer service to unresolved maintenance issues, our time there fell short of expectations. We urge prospective residents to carefully evaluate the management's responsiveness and commitment to resident well-being before considering this complex.

I’ve lived here for 14 years. At first I lived in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom until when my husband died. And now I’m still here. The staff are so amazing and very helpful. I can’t find a place better than this one. Accessible to shopping center, restaurant , grocery store and church.And closed to my work place. I highly recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for an apartment.

I’ve been here for 6 years now and it’s easy to find so many beautiful apartments in south OC but it’s the staff that makes this property truly a gem! Tara has been there the longest and she is knowledgable and professional! She makes everything easier for her tenants and she’s one of the reasons why I stay here year after year. Just recently moved out and to be completely honest, you can find a better place for your money. We had issues the second we moved in. Had their own employee parking in our designated spot and had to call the front office first minute of trying to move because of them. No apology from the employee who is a resident or the office. This happened a couple times and not just for us. Don’t live in building 6. Residents are supposed to use their garages for cars not storage but that’s not the case and parking is bad because of it, and the employee there doesn't help out with the 4 cars they own. There is a bunch of petty theft there. People constantly missing packages we personally had someone enter own patio and stole our wedding gifts. Called and report to the sheriff who said management had it handled. Called the front office and they said they knew who and we asked for our gifts back or to have them buy new ones to just be brushed off. Went through three managers while living there each just as bad as the last.

I love this place. I have been here 9 month and just renewed. Kyle and Susan at the front desk are so friendly and welcoming and always do a wonderful job every time I come in and need something. They also have a top notch maintenance staff that comes right when you need them. Worth a look if you’re looking for a great community.

We were looking for a place in multiple locations. People at Alize were very nice, showed us many options, we told them what we were looking for and they found a suitable apartment. Susan was really awesome! She truly listened, was very helpful and kept following up with us to make sure we doing alright even after we moved in. It was a very easy process and the location is great!

Nice/Quiet/comfortable and spacious. Great location…. Expensive but I will give that to them because everything is well kept including main grounds/trash areas and the amenities. I met Juana and she is sweet and caring and she gives high quality service. Thanks for everything Alize apartments!

We lived here for more than 2 years, and we really enjoyed our time here. The apartment was very comfortable, had enough space for a family of three and a large dog, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly, always ready and available to help. We give the apartment a 5 stars and the staff, from everyone in the office to all the maintenance more than 5 stars. They truly made the difference in our time there. Our dog will especially miss everyone in the office. We definitely recommend Alize apartments to everyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

We needed a short term rental and this place was great. Understanding that Alize is a larger property and there is always some wear and tear in the buildings and units, sometimes stuff gets overlooked. It's how it's handled that speaks volumes, and you all have been wonderful! Susan, Jordan (the previous manager) and Tara (Who hopefully will be and deserves to be the new manager) have all shown brilliant customer care and helped us solve some issues. Tara in the office is beyond helpful and so quick to respond if any help is needed. Location is great because it’s so close to everything near by. The apartments themselves are nice but very noisy neighbors as you can hear them closing cabinets or closing their doors. All in all, it’s a great safe place to live and will continue to stay for some time.

Disrespectful neighbors, Management Does not fix repairs, Management Treats Tenants as prisoners with no other options, Amenities are in a constant state of dis repair, repairs to water leaks as are ignored.

My experience touring Alize apartment homes at Aliso Viejo was excellent. Although I did not end up applying due to a change in my personal life, I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with the entire office staff and really felt like it’s a wonderful place I’d like to one day call home. I’d like to personally thank Susan and Kyle, not only for their great service and friendly attitudes, but for all the time they spent answering every one of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Alize Apartments in Aliso Viejo, and will certainly be returning to apply when the time becomes right for me again.
Can't say enough about Alize Apartments and staff, I looked everywhere, for about one year. I looked at so many different communities. There's something different about Alize, the location is on top of a hill with an amazing VIEWS. The apartments are very spacious and most have full size W/D. The community itself is very quiet and my neighbors were all very friendly. The staff is amazing, Tara is the sweetest and really takes the time to explain any charges for me! Thanks Alize!!!
Was a resident at the community for 18 months. At the time I left, I was probably the longest tenured resident in my building. From my understanding, not many people renew because of the high rent increases and the price posed little value for the apartments that were not renovated, compared to surrounding communities. Customer service with their management staff is poor and there are several issues in the general area. First is that it seems like police make regular visits to the community, as I saw them in force at least once a month for various reasons. Secondly the rear exit is next to a school and pretty much inaccessible from 7am-9am and again from 1pm-3pm. So much school traffic in fact that I stopped using that entrance altogether, not to mention the parking that a lot of the school traffic uses within the community that goes unchecked. I also felt duped by the fact that although I requested an "initial inspection" upon giving my notice of vacating the apartment, they "no showed" to the appointment window, while leaving me waiting for several hours. This created a problem as that I was unaware of things I needed to address prior to moving out and which led them to not only keep my entire deposit, but also issued me a collection notice for more charges. After trying to work with management through these issues, my frustration grew too much to even care to deal with them anymore. Although the location was really convenient to my work, I would not choose to live here again and would not recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the area. There are much better communities in the area for a better value and whom actually care about their residents.
My roommate and I had toured almost every apartment complex in Aliso Viejo. One thing that really stood out about the Alize was the fact that you can end your lease within the first 30 days if your apartment isn't up to par. It was my first time moving into an apartment and having that option really made the decision much easier. Luckily, everything at the Alize exceeded our expectations, and we have been here for two years now! Our apartment also has the best set up for those who are roommates- one bedroom and bath is on one side of the apartment, and the master and bath is on the other while the living room/ dining room/ and kitchen are in between. I never hear her and it's really nice to have my own space! Besides the floor plan, the Alize has valet trash service, excellent parking for residents and guests, a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi, a club house to schedule parties at, a computer room with free treats and Starbuck's coffee, and a gym that has machines that actually work! The maintenance staff is also incredible, they show up by the next day whenever I put in a maintenance request. Besides the apartment complex itself, the Alize is walking distance from the Renaissance Sports Club and about a mile away from the Aliso Viejo Town Center which has everything (Trader Joes, Ralph's, movie theater, Barnes and Noble, TJ Maxx, CVS, Pep Boys Auto, Home Depot, Buffalo Wild Wings, Stadium Brewery, Panera Bread, Panini Cafe, Corner Bakery, Opah, Panda Express, Wahoo's, Which Which, Chili's, Macaroni Grill, Thai Bite, The Habit, Golden Spoon, Cream, Cold Stone and much much more!) I am so thankful for where I live!

I have been very happy with Alize. They are very pet friendly, which is important to me. The apartments are spacious and they are well maintained. The outdoor areas are landscaped and it is in a very pleasant, convenient area. I have never had issues with noise or neighbors, and the office staff is extremely friendly and nice. They have events for the residents, which is also appreciated, and they like to keep everyone in the loop about any goings on around the complex. Of course I wish my rent was lower, but who doesn't? Overall a good value for what I pay, I think.
When I initially moved into the complex almost two years ago, there were great amenities & most importantly, leasing agents who actually enjoyed their job. Over time the community has gone downhill on every front - there's garbage piling up, leasing agents who don't really give a hoot other than to punch the clock, and reduction in the very services which I chose this community for. Now the only thing that has consistently gone up is the rent. The icing on the cake was seeing regular visits by patrol cars - not sure if it's a domestic issue or noise complaint but it doesn't bode well.
Alize apartments is GREAT! There is always parking, it's very clean, and everyone is so friendly! They also have a 24 hour gym and they pick up the trash every night around 8!
Alize Apartments are great! Clean and super close to work. Theres a ton of friendly people and a 24 hour gym.
