My boyfriend and I were searching for something new, fun and that had a great community and luckily we found ALISO! Upon walking in, the staff and even the residents were so nice. Mia who helped us so much, did a great job at showing us the property and amenities and we quickly fell in love that we applied for the unit the same day! Aliso is clean, fresh and so convenient to all the great food and bars just right outside! You will love it too!

I love the experience since day one with Mia she was very nice and helpful. The full management team and maintenance also deserve a big thank you they are always very responsive and quick to address the issue in the apartment! Any time I need something to be fix its been handled promptly and professional. Maggie truly makes things easy for the quality of services to the tenants. Been at Aliso over 5 years and it's a fabulous property, in a bustling location with the best amenities in town! I would have never though to live downtown, but its such a great place to live!

I love living at Aliso, it honestly has been such an amazing community to live in! I love the events that they host. The maintenance team has always been very responsive and I haven't had any issues that have not been resolved within 48 hours. I did notice that the elevator for building 1 has been having constant issues. I live on the 5th floor and it becomes extremely inconvenient to get back up stairs especially with groceries. I appreciate having security within the community as well, it keeps the community safe at all hours. I hope to stay in Aliso and I hope that they can create more community events such as farmers markets and pool parties!

Absolutely horrible experience with this place. My girlfriend and I have been getting locked out almost every month because the door reader keeps breaking. We were locked out one night and emergency maintenance numbers were rejecting all calls, leasing office numbers wouldn't pick up, and surrounding staff said they couldn't help. Spoke with a property management agent who said there was nothing they could do, and had no recommendations for us. So simply locked out of our apartment numerous times and you have to wait for next business day for *hopefully* someone to fix it. Outside of that, there's always a mix of broken garage doors and elevators. For the price, it's just completely unreasonable service. Additionally, our microwave has been broken for 2 months with an outstanding service request that has still gone unresponded.

I recently toured and moved into Aliso and could not be happier with my choice. The unit, amenities and location are unbeatable. My interactions with staff have been pleasant and efficient and so far, any small maintenance concerns have been addressed promptly.

Chelsea is an amazing person to work with! I considered moving out of the building at one point due to my previous frustrations with past property management companies but Chelsea made me feel at home and happy about staying at Aliso. Of course, Aliso apartments are situated in a very convenient location in the arts district and has great walkability to stores and groceries, really good restaurants and gathering places. The building itself is also quite new. Of all the buildings in the area, Aliso is probably the largest and in my opinion, has the best amenities available.

1. The elevator breaks once a while after greystar takes over. Imagine in a 80 degrees hot day and climb 6 floors with your groceries. 2. The dog park and walk ways haven’t been cleaned forever. The previous management company at least will clean every week. But clearly greystar does not know they need to clean often in an advertised “dog friendly “ community.

We are actively working with the maintenance team and elevator company to resolve this issue. In regard to the dog park, we understand this is the most commonly used amenity, with many pet owners in our community. We have not changed the frequency of daily cleaning or changed the vendor who services it, but I have shared this feedback with the vendor and asked for extra cleanings to bring the park back to its normal standard. If you notice an area is not maintained to standard, please alert our office and we will gladly bring attention to it right away. Keeping our residents and their pups happy is our top priority.
