My experience was phenomenal touring Alicante. Kendra, who is one of the leasing agents, was very intentional and welcoming throughout my time touring. She did a great job at making me feel heard and addressing all of the needs/wants that I had. She also just genuinely seemed to love where she worked and that says a lot about a place you are thinking about making your home. Thank you Kendra for being awesome and helping make this process much less stressful! Shout out to the Leasing Manager Mark as well. He was the first person I spoke to over the phone and was friendly and diligent with making sure I had everything I needed. One thing I have to share is that I saw Mark picking up dog poop right out front of the leasing office when I first showed up. He didn’t know I saw him doing this but I just thought it was some pet owner taking care of business. Nope! It was the leasing manager. That speaks volumes my friend! I have never seen a Leasing Manager care about their property like that. Appreciate you both!

Just horrible. They allow cars with extremely loud exhaust be parked right under your windows. Have to move because I am sick of my family waking up every day at 6 am when one of those cars started.. Buildings are not soundproof at all, can hear many things that are going on in neighbor’s apartments. The rent is high and it’s not worth it at all.

I was in a rush to move due to a hardship I was facing in my life.. Moving is a tough decision and commitment but after touring about 6 properties, I was confident in choosing Alicante apartments. I was greeted by Ashley in the office and she is literally the nicest leasing agent I have ever met. The Alicante Apartments take great care of the community from the pool, to the gym, to the entertainment center, it’s spotless. What I really enjoy about the Alicante Apartments is the effort put in to bring our community together! The taco Tuesdays, the luau’s, you just can’t beat that! I highly recommend checking out this location. I love where I live!!!

I highly recommend Alicante Apartments. It is a serene, safe apartment community and only a 20-minute drive from the coast. Alicante Apartments staff is courteous, responsive, and efficient. Miguel the Maintenance Manager is professional and provides prompt maintenance service.

The staff is nothing shy of amazing! The office and maintenance team are so helpful and nice. They even hold events for their residents! Today they had an event for our pets and I was able to bring my dog to get treats, a tennis ball, and a bandana! So cute! Thanks for all you do Alicante!

The whole staff here is great. The apartments are spacious and the new clubhouse and golf room are amazing. It honestly feels like a resort. I highly suggest looking into Alicante if you need an apartment.

I have lived in several apartments across Aliso Viejo and Alicante has definitely set the bar. Anytime I have ever had an issue, it has been fixed. The location is central to anything you need. The apartments exteriors are clean and well kept. The only downside is that your rent will increase each year, but that has been pretty typical at all the big apartments.

Fuley showed up almost immediately after I submitted my maintenance request. He was so kind and helpful. I believe Alicante has thee best maintenance staff out of any property I have lived at!

We moved into the property earlier this month and the leasing agent Jessica King made our move simple and easy. We had to move in within one week and Jessica gave me a tour and got us approved extremely fast and efficiently. The apartment is great and we are very happy with how it all turned out. I would recommend Alicante Apartments to anyone who is interested. Close enough to the beach in a very clean and nice neighborhood in Orange County.
This property raises rent $100 each year even if you a perfect tenant and pay rent on time. I have been here three years and rent has gone up $100 times each year.
Great place to live. Location is great for restaurants,entertainment & schools. Friendly staff always there to help. Great family atmosphere. upgraded apartments with lots of amenities.
I've had a wonderful time living in this area. Surpassed many of my expectations in an apartment complex. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The pool and jacuzzi area are beautiful, and there's always parking available for guests, so take my advice and have a pool party! The apartments themselves are very satisfactory. We got to choose the accent colors for the walls before we moved in; very impressed with that. I share a one bedroom apartment with my girlfriend, and we find it moderately spacious. The price is a bit high for what it is, but that's similar to most places in Orange County (especially in Aliso Viejo). Overall, great location, great amenities, and a peaceful community. Highly recommended if you make good money.
