Jay, the leasing officer we interacted with, mentioned ongoing deals and promised to send us videos and follow-up details. Despite showing strong interest and following up via call and email, we never received a response. Disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through — especially surprising for a new property actively looking for tenants. Hope the team improves responsiveness moving forward.
