The leasing managers, maintenance team and other staff have been awesome and understanding. The leasing managers were very supportive at getting me and my roommate the unit we wanted and made us feel very welcome. I’ve lived here basically since the beginning of this apartment opening so I’ve picked up on quite a few things to say about my experience. I will say, that this community is very expensive for what it is. The amenities are awesome and the building is great except for the thin walls and floors. I will just be pulling chairs to eat dinner and my downstairs neighbor already made two complaints. So for anyone that works late shifts, this isn’t an ideal complex to come home to or choose first floor units if you could. Also, do NOT pick the units facing East Colonial unless you’re ok with hearing cars pass and honk all night! I could go on and on about my experience but the 3 stars should say enough as I’m close to my character limit.

Overall, this apartment was incredible. The amenities were great and I loved that people always used them. The events were current and fun, the office always planned things people would actually want to go to. Location is the only positive from my move. Maintenance staff is wonderful. However, The Apartment complex has a weird smell throughout. Leasing staff needs much improvement they are unorganized and fail to follow up on errors and or residents issues.

It’s safe to say that the customer service here is unmatched with any of the other apartments I have toured. Not only did they make sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision on the best deal (providing me multiple quotes with different styles & options and move-in dates, but even with how busy they have been, they still made sure to have my lease ready at minimum the week before I moved in. The amenities are incredible and available for use any time and the apartments layouts are nice while still being very affordable for the studios!

Beautiful apartments, amenities and community. The best maintenance staff you’ll ever meet or have. Right on mills so perfect area for food and activities! Just wish they could keep 2 elevators running at once, when things break around here they don’t get fixed timely thanks to cheap upper management and ownership.

Love the area, love the apartment, love the social events, love the maintenance team, love the amenities (especially the study areas, gym, and art room). The only the I wish you would work on is addressing emails promptly. And making better announcements on things going on like fire alarms, construction, etc.

Since they changed the manager we have seen some improvements. Manager is more aware of the problems and is attempting to fix it. Elevators works fine. Cleaning has improved. The security doors seem to be working but the parking still has issues. The overall parking is not being monitored. With large vehicles around the gate is difficult to enter. Reserve parking should have a sticker.

Renewed my lease for another year. Staff is friendly as always. Brooke and delia were helpful with my renewal. Appreciate the loyalty to the OG residents. Only good thing about this community is the location. The building was made so poorly, water comes in from doors and windows. Windows don’t event lock properly. Something is always “out of service”, the noises are non stop and staff cannot figure out causes, garage is too small, etc. The leasing staff and maintenance do what they can to help.

Mostly my time here has been good. There have been a few inconveniences such as one of the elevators never working and having issues using my phone to unlock doors. I will also note that I am able to hear my upstairs neighbors very clearly. I do not know if they are abnormally loud or the walls are just thin but they have woken me up a few times just walking around. We also had the fire alarm go off recently and received zero communication from the apartment. We were never told if it was safe to come back inside or if it was false alarm.

So far I've very pleased. The facility is clean and feels inviting. And, so far, it has been easy to move my things into the unit. I will be using the facilities by the end of the week and I am looking forward to that as well as some of the networking events that are scheduled.

Iv never lived anywhere in my life that has so many elevator and parking issues. Staffing is fine, management is not so great. Also theres mold.

The staff is nice and the maintenance crew are responsive. The noise level on the back side of the building where I live is good. Woodward is a quiet street. The neighborhood is very walkable with great dining options and a grocery store. The biggest downside is the high price. The pricing structure is also misleading and you will end paying a fair bit more than you thought per month with the amenity charges.

The apartment complex offers a great living experience with amazing amenities. However, I can't give a full 5-star rating because some issues, like our elevator being out of service for months, take quite a while to address. That said, they do eventually resolve work orders, which is appreciated. Overall, I enjoy living here and love the resident experience.

So far, living at Alexan Mills 50 has been a great experience! All the things that matter to me are met: Beautiful amenities, clean property, gates that are actually in-use. Only things I wish is that the office staff is a little more responsive and for valet trash. Not deal breakers though (mostly because the staff is really kind).
