The City of Monrovia provides a small-town charm in a big way. Nestled at the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains, the town is approximately 23 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles off Interstate 210. Often attracting movie crews, the homey feel and community kindness score high with those who visit.

The property looks very good and has plenty of amenities. Units are quiet despite being close to the freeway and so far we have not heard any neighbors being loud.

Although I did not end up renting a unit; I just wanted to express that I highly recommend renting at Alexan Marmont. The apartment complex is clean, spacious, and beautiful with brand new amenities. Big shout out to Alison at the leasing office who was so helpful and accommodating when she helped set up my tours. She was very attentive and friendly and made the whole experience very smooth. I moved into Alexan Marmont in August 2024 and I can say living here has been an incredible place to stay at so far. I can truly say everything about Alexan speaks to luxury. From the units, to the most up to date appliances, and amenities, it all feels completely modern. The staff is incredible and answers any questions you may have as soon as possible via call or email. The leasing manager Mayra is extremely helpful, charismatic, and kind. She is always willing to be of assistance to get an issues resolved if/when needed. It truly feels like you’re welcome here from the tour to the move in. It is also very clean on the premises and smells incredible. Truly gives that community feel. I would 10/10 recommend Alexan!

Moving into the Alexan Marmont community has been an absolute delight. From the moment I inquired about the new development, to moving and settling in, I was impressed. The pool, the gym, the doggy park, the gorgeous amenities have been wonderful to have and I get to enjoy them daily.
