Alders Magnolia is a great place to live. The management and maintenance staff are the best I have ever been fortunate to have.
I was in Property Management for 40 years and I love it here.
My wife and I moved to ALDRS Magnolia 2 years ago from Southwest Florida and have not regretted one minute of our stay. We definitely made the right choice and will recommend it to any and all.
My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Very peaceful.
I love it here.So many things to keep me busy.Never a dull moment.Staff is wonderful.
Alders has been my home for a couple of years; and I am so very pleased with the property. The number of activities, and the engagement with management as to what the residents are interested in is so very important. The team takes care to listen intently about any ideas that I've brought up. If they are able to make these happen, they absolutely do so. I feel very comfortable knowing that I can visit with them, when necessary; and I am heard.
After 40 years of living in the Pearland area, my husband and I moved to Magnolia. Our daughter-in-love actually found Alders. We have enjoyed the many events provided by Alders and have enjoyed meeting several residents, who as we, relocated to the area. It has been rewarding to be a part of a community of very interesting and caring people. The staff is very attentive to the needs of our community and are always willing to help with any issue that may be presented. We do appreciate the hard work and thought given by this staff.
Staff was extremely helpful after the sudden death of my husband. Not only did they help me in setting up my resident portal, they were endlessly patient with my questions and even assisted me in using the Uber app.
Love the community. The staff works very hard to make the activities fun.
I haven’t been here long, but It is a wonderful place. No complaints. Most everything I need is close by. Love the HEB across the street! Lots of things to do here.
There are so many things to do here that I was never able to do when I lived in my townhome now it’s so enjoyable to wake up every day knowing there is something to look forward to Plus friends to play games with we have the most beautiful pool best scenery Also so thankful that H-E-B is right across the street I can walk over there get my prescriptions. Have something different to eat every night because of Heb. I could go on and on but I think you get the message??
You have to have compassion & patience to deal with folks, especially the elderly! The staff that runs Alders of Magnolia has that! And are so kind! Alma, the custodian works hard & keeps it clean! A w/o submitted, if it’s not done that same day it’s done the next day!
This is our fisrt 55 active living experience, we are quite pleased we selected ALDERS Magnolia

I have lived at Alders Magnolia 55 Active Living Apartments for three years and couldn't be happier. The spacious and welcoming Main Hall is a central hub for Alders and resident-led activities, whether it's card playing, dominos, or just socializing throughout the day. The outdoor areas are perfect for swimming, barbecuing, walking, or simply relaxing. The added security of locked doors after 6 pm and before 9 am brings peace of mind. The staff are friendly and caring, and the residents make this place feel like being part of a big, supportive family.

The staff and particularly the maintenance supervisor are very professional and efficient. Any issues or concerns are usually addressed as soon as possible. The overall friendliness and willingness to help is this staff's best attribute. The community of residents are also a defining factor. This is a great place to live because everyone is friendly and helpful. There is always something to do if you want to get involved, but no pressure if you don't. There are a lot of fun trips and activities as well as food truck, cooking demos and crafts. It's a wonderful experience for anyone 55 and older.

Management has been excellent! As soon as the ceiling leak was spotted, Lawrence came immediately. Found cause/location of leak and stopped leak immediately. Management kept us well informed/updated on everything! Thanks to management team: Bianca, Dinah, Olivia, Karina (office). Maintenance Lawrence the best maintenance supervisor, and Joseph maintenance team.

The management team seems to address any issues that may arise in a timely manner. I do think that they are doing the best they can and try to keep the residents informed and updated.

I visited Alders Magnolia in a search for an apartment I could love if my then current apartment management raised the rent significantly again. When I came to Alders Magnolia, I was impressed. The building is beautiful and it is kept that way. As I was being shown around by the assistant manager, residents would stop me to welcome me. It was amazing. I returned again to look at an apartment. I was so impressed by everything, I broke my current lease to move in sooner rather than later. I have never regretted that decision and I hope to live here for years to come.
