I have been here since 2023 and I love it here. It is a fantastic community to live in. We are like family here and we look out for one another. Greystar management is excellent. They truly care about the residents. We are not just another number. They interact and participate with the residents.

Great decision to move here! We lived in our house for 38 years so the move away could have been scary! But we love living here! Nice people! Beautiful apartment ! We feel very safe here

After 40 years of living in the Pearland area, my husband and I moved to Magnolia. Our daughter-in-love actually found Alders. We have enjoyed the many events provided by Alders and have enjoyed meeting several residents, who as we, relocated to the area. The staff is very attentive to the needs of our community and are always willing to help with any issue that may be presented. We do appreciate the hard work and thought given by this staff.

Staff was extremely helpful after the sudden death of my husband. Not only did they help me in setting up my resident portal, they were endlessly patient with my questions and even assisted me in using the Uber app.
Love the community. The staff works very hard to make the activities fun.
I haven’t been here long, but It is a wonderful place. No complaints. Most everything I need is close by. Love the HEB across the street! Lots of things to do here.
There are so many things to do here that I was never able to do when I lived in my townhome now it’s so enjoyable to wake up every day knowing there is something to look forward to Plus friends to play games with we have the most beautiful pool best scenery Also so thankful that H-E-B is right across the street I can walk over there get my prescriptions. Have something different to eat every night because of Heb. I could go on and on but I think you get the message??
You have to have compassion & patience to deal with folks, especially the elderly! The staff that runs Alders of Magnolia has that! And are so kind! Alma, the custodian works hard & keeps it clean! A w/o submitted, if it’s not done that same day it’s done the next day!

I have lived at Alders Magnolia 55 Active Living Apartments for three years and couldn't be happier. The spacious and welcoming Main Hall is a central hub for Alders and resident-led activities, whether it's card playing, dominos, or just socializing throughout the day. The outdoor areas are perfect for swimming, barbecuing, walking, or simply relaxing. The added security of locked doors after 6 pm and before 9 am brings peace of mind. The staff are friendly and caring, and the residents make this place feel like being part of a big, supportive family.

I really like living here with lots of good residents. We are like family here and look out for one another. The office staff of Greystar is phenomenal. They really care about the residents and they do a good job..

This is our 9th month here and I can't begin to express how happy we are with everything. The amenities are beyond compare. The staff is excellent. We've never had any problems and it's a great value.

The staff and particularly the maintenance supervisor are very professional and efficient. Any issues or concerns are usually addressed as soon as possible. The overall friendliness and willingness to help is this staff's best attribute. The community of residents are also a defining factor. There are so many residents here that are willing and eager to share and give of their particular talents.

This is a great place to live because everyone is friendly and helpful. There is always something to do if you want to get involved, but no pressure if you don't. There are a lot of fun trips and activities as well as food truck, cooking demos and crafts. It's a wonderful experience for anyone 55 and older.
